The owners was amazing and it’s a nice small hostel - it’s where I met my friends who I continued travelling with! it’s very social and good food and great drinks! tThe area is very quiet - that’s why I chose it because I didn’t want to be in the city. Close enough to the beach to walk or they have a couple bikes to rent. the beach is beautiful with good food and drinks, can take surfing lessons/rent a board!

Personally I enjoyed all of it. but if you’re the type of person who likes to stay with lots of people, with a bunch of action then you may not like this place.

The staff was wonderful on every level. They helped with everything from food to transportation, and they were always possible to reach. We had lots of good talks over beers. The location is great with the beach only a 20 minute walk from there. The food was incredible as well.

The owners were very welcoming. although it was really quiet in august with next to no guests, we had an amazing time. thanks again! pro tip: don‘t lay down at the beach. the sand flies will kill you.

The family atmosphere was amazing. I was welcomed straight away. The hostel itself is about a steep 20 minute walk from one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. Worth the hike. The dorm was clean with a comfy mattress. There was a hot water shower. In terms of food, I'm a vegetarian and I was served some of the best food I have had on my trip at B&R hostel. If you are looking for a quiet retreat in nature, close to gorgeous scenery this is the place for you.

I have nothing bad to say at all. Bring cash and all the essentials with you as there are no ATM's in the immediate vicinity.

I stayed here for almost two weeks since i liked how isolated it is. Most beaches are covered in people but this one is prestine and has perfect waves to learn surfing on. The food is also a nice hybrid of filipino and european and the staff is a sweet little family.

The staff were so friendly! It’s in a really cute, quiet location but very close to nagtabon beach! The food is amazing. Get the pesto pasta! There’s also some gym equipment there which was great to use. Beds were very comfy and there was air con! Loved our stay here, thank you!

Perfect hostel! The hosts are amazing! I love this place! Close to the beach and a nice surfspot.

The owners are very nice and helpful people. There is a nice beach just 2 min from the hostel and the owners have a service to bring you there. They also can arrange you transports to port barton, el nido, corron or any other place. The hostel is also very clean and the accommodations are great, very tall beds and storage possibilities for your stuff.

Everything was nice.
