Non gli interessa niente di te se hai un momento di bisogno.
Mi hanno consigliato un parcheggio al modico prezzo di 34 €.
La mattina ho trovato una bellissima sorpresa, il vetro rotto della macchina con tutto quello che c’era rubato.
Premetto che questo garage era praticamente blindato, non aveva una sbarra d’ingresso ma un cancello enorme.
Tornato nell’albergo ho chiesto supporto in quanto avevo bisogno di 1/2 giorni per sbrigare tutte le pratiche burocratiche per mettere a posto l’automobile e la denuncia, non c’è stata alcuna
collaborazione. In questo caso avrebbero potuto offrirmi una camera a un prezzo onesto e invece nulla di nulla, gentilezza, cortesia senza alcuna sostanza così per prenderti in giro…….
In Italia non sarebbe mai successo e non sono campanilista.

The location was perfect as was the staff . They were very friendly and extremely helpful with directions , suggestions and even provided ice for a sore knee . Our room was darling with a patio looking onto the street . I highly recommend.

Good location.
Borderline obnoxious noise level in the lounge. 2 of the staff were working at the same table in the lounge and you could hear them 3 floors up. Within the lounge you couldn't hear your own thoughts. At one point the staff was sitting at exact opposite corners of the room and shouting across talking to each other... for hours.

No Parking possibility. Cheapest parking place nearby 40€ just for one day parking is weird. not very attractive for tourists.

Clean room with nice view and comfortable bed.
Facilities in the room make it feels like home.
Everyone at the Reception is very nice.
Great location near the station and pedestarian shooping area.
There is washing machine but no drying rack for the clothes to dry up.
Too many decorations in the room takes so many spaces which make it difficult for me to put up my stuff.

The hotel is located smack in the middle of a busy tourist city. Which is great for exploration.
Very noisy and no AC so we had to sleep with the windows open.

location is perfect. close to train station as well as historical part. many cafes and restaurant around. also the bed is really comfortable with really clean linens.
bathroom is part of the room it is not seperate. and unfortunately there is no desk or table in the room. it is a really small room, even without cupboard or wardrobe.

Staff were friendly and helpful and provided us with useful information when we arrived to help us start exploring the city. Our room was lovely - clean, of a good size and had everything we needed for our stay. The location of the hotel is excellent, very central and within a very pleasant square where there are bars and cafes. It is close to the train station also.
There is nothing we found on our visit that we didn't like.

I love the high ceiling and the tea patio in the room is a highlight! Reception staff is very friendly.
The coffee machine is not clean. Overall cleanliness needs improvement. The hair dryer should be easier to access. It is put somewhere high on top of the Room's Safety box.

Great location. Nice room.
We booked a twin room but when we got there they only had a double room. We wanted to leave but they gave us another room (we think upgrade) and one person slept on the sofa. It was ok for the short stay and it was nice that they tried to find a solution. But they only have one or two twin rooms. So if you really want/need a twin room make sure to call/write to the hotel

Thank you for the lovely stay, and for the kind staff! The location of the hotel is amazing, in the middle of the old Utrecht city. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were good size for that part of the city.
In the rooms was not as warm as I would have liked, since the thermostat was locked to a certain temperature. The breakfast was a bit monotonous, but the quality was good!

In this hotel in central Utrecht, the guest is put central too. Friendly, clean, quiet and comfortable.
They put the guest so central that you receive many messages, but which you may as well ignore, since when you enter reception everything will be arranged swiftly.

Everything was exactly as it looked on the photos. Room was very spacious. Lovely bed and good quality linen. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect. Near everything. Modern amenities. Good wifi.
I always prefer a small bar of soap and little bottle of shampoo to bulk body/hair wash, but that's not a big issue.
