Loved the property, loved the prawn farms and the people. The support staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful.

Nothing.. It was perfect

The rooms was comfy, the view was great, staff was cordial .

The breakfast was repetitive and had very less options. The spa was for very less duration considering a head to toe option.

What a fabulous location to get out for a short stay near the Kerala backwaters. The staff were absolutely fabulous and the cabin was excellent also. Included in the price was lunch (almost anything from their menu) and breakfast.

Nothing to note.

This is a great option to experience the backwaters, only 30 minutes away from Fort Kochi. We did a wonderful complementary sunset boat tour. They also have a nice pool. Staff were very nice and food was good and freshly cooked. (The only thing that didn't bother us that much as we only stayed for one night is that there is a bit of noise from the water pumps nearby)

The property is scenic and serene! It’s a great place for digital detoxing and to relax in the midst of nature.

There were small areas of improvement which were conveyed to the management staff. But overall, there’s little to complain about.

Fantastic resort. A real Gem. You have to cross a beautiful backwater on boat to get into the hotel which makes it so scenic. Staff were amazing and super attentive. We even watched the world cup final with the staff, which was good fun. Spa treatments are also very good, in a nice relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were better than expected, clean and comfortable albeit we did stay in one of the better rooms so can only speak for those. Yoga studio which is being built, looks like it will be very cool once built.

It's not near any of the major spots, so if you do leave the resort you'll be in a small town with not much to see. This didn't really bother us and the locals are friendly in Chellnam.

Absolutely stunning natural location. Clean modern room of good size. Good food at restaurant.

The boatman outside behaved a bit strangely when we asked him to give an extra ride. He could have been a bit more polite.
