This property was a great find. The owners were very kind and helped us park our car which was great as the streets are tiny which we were not used to. the bed was large and very comfortable. the hotel also had turtles which were fun to watch in the morning. the location was very close to the sea and the busy streets.

The Only negative about my stay was that I was only there for 1 night 😕 I can not recommend this hotel, highly enough FABULOUS FABULOUS GREAT LOCATION, only an easy 5 min walk to the main shopping, restaurants and ferry port Excellant breakfast included If you want a quiet, relaxed atmosphere, with a beautiful courtyard and gorgeous rooms, choice this hotel

A very nice place in Kuşadası to stay. The hosts were very friendly and they tried to solve every request that we had. The rooms are very clean, the furnishing is cozy and the breakfast is great. It was always fun to chat with the young owner about different topics. I recommend this hotel.

Awesome owner & amazing breakfast

The host was very nice, helpful and kind. We chit-chatted a bit, he explained me the history of that place. Helped me park the car on the street. Gave us advice what to see in the city. Showed us the turtle garden. Nice breakfast in the morning, very calming and relaxing sitting outside in the garden.

Unfortunately we got the smallest room with not so exceptional bathroom, was bit tight to use the toilet for me as I am a tall person. But the host told me he's planning some reconstruction shortly (in November), so hopefully this is the last review for that tiny room and it won't be a problem in the future :)

The staff was friendly, and the facilities were cozy.

Finding the place by car was challenging since there were too many narrow streets to get there. Once we arrived, it was definitely worth it for its price-value.

We loved our stay at garden palace pensiyon. The staff are very kind and helpful and the place is great value for money in a perfect location in the centre just down a quiet side street but still right in the action. I would definitely stay again as I said great value for money

Thanks to Garden Palace hotel we enjoyed our vacation in Kush adasi, everything was amazing, the staff was very polite and helpful. Location of the hotel is perfect, breakfast was super, so delicious with wild selection of food. Our room was always clean and tidy. It's necessary to note the cosy and cute green courtyard with turtles and bodyguard of the hotel-dog named Pekmez. We express our great gratitude for shown hospitality to Recep, Yusuf, Gorgun and Gonul abla, which became like a part of our family. If we ever go again to Kushadasi we are not considering other options than their place. With big love from Azerbaijan.

Great location, quiet and very helpfull staff. Tip for dinner: there is a family-owned restaurant in the bazaar caled Green Garden. The food is excellent and the family is very hospitable.

Entering the gate to the courtyard was always like 'coming home'. What a wonderful place this family has. We so appreciated the conversations, information and advice. Breakfast was wonderful!! After Istanbul, this felt like the 'real' Turkey, and with such kind and helpful owners. Staying there, in Kasudasi, will be one of the best memories of my journey in three countries. You two brothers work hard to make this place wonderful. So much thanks to you from (freezing) New Zealand. This posts as "Johnson", but we were Kate and Marnie.

Nothing at all! Although this place looked good when I booked it, I had no idea HOW good!!!! During my trip I stayed in several apartments/rooms over many weeks. We NZers are very adaptable travellers. Staying here needed no adaptation at all, it was sooo wonderful!

I really enjoyed my stay at Garden Palace. The location is perfect for Kusadasi, but also very peaceful and quiet. I slept very well! Recep and his family were very kind, accommodating an early breakfast for me one day and also taking me to Ephesus and the airport on my last day.

Right at the center is this little haven run by beautiful people. Thanks to Yusuf, Recep and Gorgen we had a great time.

Garden Palace has a very beautiful garden with turtles. The atmosphere is very nice and feels authentic. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The owners of the place are a friendly family and they make you feel at home. We just stayed for 3 nights but we felt very welcome and we were sad to leave. The place has an overall good vibe and we will definitely stay at garden palace again!

Very close to the center and a lot of quiet comparing to the town, the garden is beautiful and the hosts are great people.
