Rooms need a bit air, also the shower outlet.gets clogged during shower. Rest is all great.

Pokój był przestronny. Wygodne łóżka. Hotel nieco oddalony od miejskiego zgiełku.

Poziom czystości i dokładność sprzątania w pokojach. Hałas w hotelu (niepilnowani goście, remonty. Basen nie był regularnie czyszczony. Śniadanie dość podstawowe. Bardzo głośna klimatyzacja w pokoju.

Bardzo ładny i nowoczesny obiekt, dość duży basen oraz bar przy samym basenie bez potrzeby wychodzenia z wody. Dodatkowo basen wyposażony w hydromasaż czyny w trakcie otwarcia basenu. Bardzo miła obsługa, 24 godzinna recepcja oraz shuttle bus na Patong Beach i Central Patong za darmo. Ciekawe śniadania z dość dużą opcją wyboru z karty menu.

Minusem jest droga jaką trzeba pokonać aby dostać się do hotelu - hotel jest na samym szczycie. Dodatkowo niestety nie każdy kierowca taxi chce podjeżdżać pod sam szczyt i ostatnie odległości często trzeba pokonać na własnych nogach. Jeżeli ma się bagaż lub jest się mniej ruchliwym to niestety będzie problem

Posizione non centralissima, ma prendendo un tuk tuk o un taxi in 5/10 minuti si arriva al centro. A piedi impensabile perché non ci son marciapiedi.

Suite rooms with Mountain View are great and spacious. Modern design and large bathroom. Balcony with view and perfect bedding to sleep well. Away from hustle but motorbike or other transport to go central is necessary. Pool area and gym are also well maintained.

Cleaning rooms need better attention and only simple tidy work may not be enough. Breakfast will need improvement as some dishes like avocado toast and Benedict taste not up to standards. More design upgrade to reception to make it more inviting would be a bonus as it felt a bit busy and not very inviting design.

Wasn’t made aware on hotel’s website or booking.com that the rooftop bar was currently closed. Bit disappointed

המקום מעוצב ויפה, המלון אחלה. החדרים מאוד מפנקים ומרווחים. הארוחת בוקר טעימה(מזמינים מתוך תפריט) בר חמוד בבריכה.

החיסרון במלון זה העליה אליו. יש עליה ממש תלולה, לא כיף לעשות אותה ברגל.

Amazing room (suite) set over a split level, with a large hot tub. Decent location and free shuttle bus to patong was very useful. Good breakfast and great food from the restaurant

The pillows were too high, and they did not have any alternatives available meaning uncomfortable sleep for me personally. The hot tub in the suite is outside the room and visible from some of the other rooms/patio so privacy isn’t the best. We had to use towels to try and block the view to those outside on the terrace.

The suite room we had was spacious with a nice balcony. The staff are great and really helpful with our inquiries such as booking taxi and renting a car. they also gave a surprise dish for my friend’s birthday which was really thoughtful. nice swimming pool, nice sunset view, and they have different food & drinks promotion every day

the hotel is placed up on a hill so it was tiring to walk from the street, but no problem if you come by taxi/car.

Great pool and very comfortable large room. Staff were attentive and helpful: The hotel seemed very family friendly.

The food let this hotel down. Pizzas were sloppy and nearly inedible. The cooked breakfast was very poor. Also, rooftop bar wasn’t open when we stayed.

Its a 10 Mins drive away from patong beach. So we had to rent a scooter to go around. Also the hotel is on a steep hill.

Rooms have very thin walls, very easy to hear the next door room. Shuttle only travels to town on certain days. Didn't have access to the rooftop.

Facilities were clean, tidy and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Food was out of this world and cocktails in the pool were a bonus. 5 pound taxi into Patong town but they do run a shuttle that stops at 17:30.

Красивый вид на горы. Удобный и красивый номер. Возможность бесплатного трансфера до пляжа и центра города. Гостеприимный и доброжелательный персонал. Вкусный, сытный и разнообразный завтрак. Возможность оставить в специальной комнате багаж. В номере действительно чисто. В проживание включены резиновые тапочки и пляжная сумка.

Трансфер до города не работает во вторник и среду.

Die Unterkunft liegt zwar in Patong, ist aber sehr gut erreichbar ohne groß im Stau zu stecken. Wir hatten die Suite mit Poolzugang, welche sehr geräumig und auch schön ist.

I love'd everything. The pool, breakfast, the staff.. everything was amazing! Definitely recommend! Special thanks to Fiew from breakfast!

1. WiFi kept dropping every few hours & speed of Internet wasn't great 2. Booked a suite with a garden view & this view was misleading 3. Facilities seemed basic for a hotel categorised as 5 star

Rien à redire sur l’hôtel qui est très moderne et les installations sont au goût du jour. Chambres spacieuses. Déjeuner bien cher pour des croissants surgelés et jus d’orange en brique … bienvenue à Phuket. Situé à 35min à pied de patong beach , donc nous avons voulu louer un scooter auprès de l’hôtel qui nous met en contact avec un loueur situé non loin. Et la gros problème de communication !! nous avons déjà eu du mal à leur faire entendre que nous voulions payer pour seulement 3JOURS (c’est complètement Normal puisque nous avons pris le scooter lundi soir à 19h et rendu jeudi matin à 8heure) ils voulaient nous compter 4JOURS alors qu’on rendait le scooter le MATIN à 8h . Fin … cela correspond bien à l’esprit Phuket…… Ensuite après avoir convenue avec le loueur de cela … l’hôtel nous RE contacte le mercredi soir sur le téléphone de la chambre pour nous dire de ramener le scooter de suite ou payer une journée en plus … Après ensuite avoir du se justifier que le loueur était ok pour le retour le matin à 8h ils nous laissent tranquille avec un air agacé…. Très moyen le service relation client pour un hôtel 5 étoiles ..

De plus ils oublient bien de vous prévenir qu’à Phuket la police vous arrête TOUT les jours et si vous n’avez pas leur fameux permis international c’est 1000 bats/ jour … Et ça quand vous louez le scooter avec un permis français vous n’êtes pas prévenu.

Location and view of Patong was good. Bathroom was good.

They had a fire pit directly below our balcony that was lit every afternoon for guests at the pool to toast marshmallows and sit around...though given the heat no one took part. Apart from not being able to use the balcony, even with the doors closed the smell of smoke filled our room.

The hotel is located far from the busy Phuket downtown in a little hill. After a long flight arriving to a super comfy hotel was amazing.

It’s not walking distance from the busy downtown, which can be solved taking the hotel shuttle or just using a grab (taxi) for a few euros

Balcony suite. Pool view and the city skyline. Pool bar and sunny all day. Coffe machine. The staff is kind and professional. Restaurant indoor and outdoor. Privacy.
