Good location and easy access. Laundry available on site. Bedroom was clean. Quiet neighborhood.
Shower was not clean from previous guests. Broken blinds (can’t shut slats) with windows next to street lamps made room not very dark at night. Easy to hear other guests on property (converted home with common space).

We appreciated the washer and dryer on the second floor and the use of the shared kitchen on the main floor.
No terrace and the Wifi didn't work! We chose this place because the listing stated there was a terrace. In fact, there is a photo of a lovely rooftop terrace on their listing. However, that terrace wasn't available to us. I'm guessing that the terrace is only available to whichever guest is staying in the room with the door to the rooftop terrace, and it wasn't us! We never met anyone at the property as it was self-check in. I sent a message to management on our second day to inquire about the terrace and to complain that the wifi wasn't working. They responded the next morning that they's send someone over to check on the wifi, but check-out was at 11 and nobody showed up before we left. And they never explained why we weren't able to use the terrace. We paid for Wifi and a terrace, and we got neither.

The neighbourhood did not feel very safe. There were some minor ventilation/aircon problems with the room but they got fixed during my stay. Someone started to play lound music at 7 AM (maybe a guest, maybe a neighbour)

I stayed for 2 nights with my wife. Place was spotless! We had one main table, which we used mainly to eat, and a desk perfect for the laptop. Nice and clean bathroom. Great location! We could find parking a few blocks from the apartment.
The only thing to mention is that we had a cold day and the temperature was a bit low.

The code given for our room did not work.
The front door was open and unlocked.

The price.
Room was on the third floor. There was NO PARKING ON THE STREETS THAT IT SAID YOU COULD FIND PARKING. SATURDAY NIGHT IT TOOK ME 21/2 HOURS TO FIND A PARKING SPACE SIX BLOCKS FROM THE PROPERTY. THE SHEETS AND TOWELS WERE DIRTY .TRASH UNDER THE BED, RED SPARKLES ON THE FLOOR. NO HEAT, SUMMER QUILT ON BED.

This is an old town house that was nicely renovated, but there is not too much of sound isolation between rooms. Also, our room had a big gap between the door and the floor, so you could hear what is going on in the hallway and around. Reducing sound leaks will be beneficial for comfortable stay.

I was pleasantly surprised that the property lived up to its excellent reviews. Easy to access. The room was large very well decorated. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. It’s like a cross between a boutique hotel, a BnB, and an Airbnb with a full well appointed community kitchen on the first floor. The location is excellent for any activity in the Philadelphia area. The cost value is marvelous. And you don’t have to pay for parking. Plenty of street parking and we came in after 2 AM. I will be back on future visits to Philadelphia.
They need to put in some new curtains and blinds that keep out the light. Nothing closes completely and the room lights up at the crack of dawn.
I don’t like that there are no individual per room temperature controls. It wasn’t a problem but I imagine it could be for some who require different heat or cold than the general public. It’s central to the entire place.

The room was ok, basement room. Loud hot water heater and right below the kitchen( noisy) Perhaps othet rooms are better? There was some coffee/ stain on the wall, bed sheets had some small holes. Minor things but they make a big difference in an Overnite stay.

Info about getting in was smooth and clear. The place was amazingly clean and crisp. Spacious.
There was a lovely kitchen, but I saw absolutely no breakfast. I suppose I could've cooked something if I had anything, but I did not have anything and there was nothing available that I saw. Wasn't expecting that.
Ran out of hot water in the morning shower. Parking was not as easy as expected - much of the area was 2 hr only. The temperature in the building was set and unchangeable, but could've been a touch warmer. The place was sparse and not too cozy.

there are some sketchy Neighborhoods close by. The room was nice and clean, but can tell they do not keep it up as much as maybe is needed. The blinds on the window were broken. The bathroom faucet was loose. In general a very nice place though, and just needs a little up keep.

The location is pretty close to the center. Check-in is easy.
It's worn and torn. Blinds are tilted and bulky, don’t cover windows, super dusty room fan; And the wooden floor are super squeaky, I couldn't sleep when people in the room above woke up! I don't know what they were doing but it felt like someone was moving heavy furniture back and forth... Also, the AC is set to low temp, and it's not adjustable for every room separately. Overpriced.

the location was great, nice size room, very comfortable bed
very unclean!! I found hair in the bathroom, sink, and bed. also multiple stains on the bed! a lot of dust and food crumbs under the bed, found bloody used pad in the bed frame. oh yeah and beware of bugs!! I did find a water bug, which I wasn’t too worried about it common in older houses and plus I was in the lower level unit. however I did find a roach (not fully grow) in my unit. I don’t think the place is infested with roaches, because I check the walls and corners in my unit and also in the kitchen, but it could end up growing into a problem.. oh yeah and the sound of loud foot steps at night doesn’t help either.. I would’ve enjoyed my stay more if it were just more sanitary and there wasn’t a bug issue (probably because it’s not clean).

Check-in and check-out were too simple and the facilities were clean and fragrant. The laundromat and nearby parking lot were very good and the location of the accommodation was good.
I think I need to fix the water purifier in the refrigerator.

Comfortable beds, nice shower, good balcony, good kitchen area, close to city centre. Owners are responsive, checkin went smoothly and we could left our luggage earlier.
Poor insolation, lack of working curtains, smell of weed in the room/building.
