The sound proofing in the room isn’t good at all I woke up so many times at night from noises coming from outside.

Our room had an ant problem especially around the sink area in the bathroom. Seeing it crawling full of ants in the middle of the night made me uncomfortable. -We paid quite a bit extra for a room with city view but the view we got was terrible as it was right next to the fire escape blocked by a flight of stairs...

Hotel was located conveniently in District 1 and walking distance to many malls, restaurants and shops. Staff was very attentive and helpful.

Room was spacious and comfy, location was excellent. Rooftop bar was a huge plus. Breakfast was great too. Afternoon tea was a nice offer, allowing us to take a break between visits.

Pillow was a little too soft, temperature control of the room could have been a little better.

The location of the hotel is very good. The breakfast and especially the staff in the breakfast room and reception are extremely hospitable. We had the best café latte ever and the barrista does a top, top job. The room with a balcony was good, clean but the air/air conditioning was just ok. Price/performance is good.

Location: brilliant, just an easy couple of minutes walk to Saigon Opera House. You are in the neighbour of the high end of hotels. I found it easy to walk to Central Post Office and Ben Thanh (also a cheap scooter or car ride). Room: as it is a narrow hotel between buildings many rooms do not have an outer window. However, this can be a bonus in a noisy city. My room 212 did have an external window that backed onto emergency stairs. Occasionally staff used an access elevator outside as well. I did not find this a bother. My room was clean and a nice size. The bed was comfortable, although some may still find the mattress firm. Room included bathrobes and slippers and small mini bar. Restaurant: hotel has breakfast as well as afternoon tea included in price. The breakfast had a lovely variety from western to Vietnamese options. Fresh fruit and an array of juice. You can order ca phe at no extra charge. The staff are attentive, and the area is very clean. There is a huge variety of items available for room service or to eat at the rooftop bar. Special acknowledgement to Linh, who is an excellent staff member and makes you feel special. Rooftop Bar: what a lovely space to spend a hot afternoon or to unwind in the evening. The pool while not huge is great for a dip. There are several areas to this social area so it never feels crowded. The staff are absolutely lovely. They make delicious cocktails and mocktails. I really enjoyed the live music on Wednesday 8 to 10 pm. They sing a variety of easy listening western hits. Spa services: On my last day I got a leg and foot massage. The girl did a lovely job. Staff: Everyone is professional, friendly and welcoming. I am looking at revisiting SE Aisa again in a couple of years and will absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic location and easy to walk around. We loved the pool for cooling down and the bar area. Great vibe. The complimentary atenoon tea was a bonus and there was something for everyone to choose for breakfast. Great iced coffee. The hotel was very quiet for the central city. Service is very attentive and helpful, lovely hotel staff.

Nyt, rent og moderne. God morgenmad med ok udvalg. Beliggenhed super og ganske stille om aftenen, så man stadig kunne få en god nats søvn.

Personalet var meget upersonligt og ikke særligt venlige. Undgik øjenkontakt og var i det hele taget svære at kommunikere med. Fitnessrummet kunne godt lige trænge til en kærlig hånd og en aircondition for at kunne blive benyttet.

Location was good

Dirty room, could hear every word from the next room over. Sheets were a different share of yellow to the covers. The hallway smelled so bad we had to run to the room. The shower didn't correctly seal the water, so we ended up having a small pool in the main bathroom floor.

I stay at the hotel for the fifth time and I think it is the best place in Saigon It is Not only excellently located in the heart of the city near the opera house and all the most interesting and nice things and not only there are great restaurants within walking distance and restaurants, but it also creates homely comfort, as the rooms have a nice design, the entire staff is extremely responsive, smiling and ready to help the guests with anything, there is an extremely rich and nice breakfast, as well as wonderful coffee, and every morning, after waking up, one can enjoy delicious things and to drink your coffee on the penultimate floor of the roof there is a swimming pool as well as a restaurant where you can order a coffee or a drink in the evening and enjoy from above this great city the hotel really creates a feeling of home and security in the customers with its Excellent organization and impeccable service and I will continue to be a guest at this wonderful jewel in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City

This place was amazing I will definitely be back. Food was great, room was great and staff very helpful and friendly.

Only a couple of small things. The gym was a bit small and hot even with a/c on. The pool is really only a dipping pool but that's OK I just didn't realise

Rooms are comfortably appointed with plenty of space. We had an Icon Signature Balcony and a Deluxe Twin for our family of four, which worked well. The location was central and perfect to access all attractions. The breakfast was usual fair and fresh (egg station, bain marie of mainly asian choices, pho ga or bo, make your own báhn mì, toast/pastries and fruit). Nice vibe on the rooftop bar and pool area. The welcome cocktails knocked our heads off (or maybe we were just tired), but I am not complaining. Loved the daily complimentary drinks refilled in the minibar each day. We enjoyed it so much, we extended our booking for the remainder of our stay in Saigon. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I never did really work out the shower hot water tap. It was either really hot or cold for me (sometimes I got lucky 🤷‍♀️). Housekeeping needed to be followed up a couple of times as our room was missed and the balcony floor needs a good clean as it had some soot build up from the city, so make sure you wear shoes out there.

The rooms were very nice and the staff were the best . So accommodating and friendly. This will be my go to hotel when staying in Ho Chi Minh . A real bargain and the location is excellent. Short ride to airport and Saigon square close by as well as pharmacy. The rooftop Sol Luna is a good place to chill with great food and service. The view at night is fantastic. I miss it already.

The room was supposed to have outside view but in reality we were facing the emergency ladder on the outside of the building.

The hotel is in a very central and convenient location and decor is nice, breakfast room very big and a pleasant rooftop with bar and a tiny swimming pool. The pool is really to soak in after a long day in the heath, not really good to swim unless you're 8 years old. The bed was big and comfortable. They had big complimentary water bottles every day. The staff was really nice, they let us check in early and everyone in the breakfast room was always kind and polite. Overall ok if you don't want to spend a fortune and if you don't spend much time in the room.

The hotel is presented a bit boombastically, the pictures are better than the reality. Basically most of the rooms have a window overlooking a space between two walls and its absolutely darkness all day. Our bathroom had no shower door (clearly broken and not repaired) hence the floor would be flooded for every and each shower. The staff provided me with many towels but it was very annoying. Also the room was not very clean when we checked in, lots of hair and dust on the floor. The breakfast was varied but in my opinion not very high quality, again more appearance that substance.
