Good choice of continental and Indian bfast options. We dined at the Taj lounge and Joy was great. Arnold and Saleem helped put together our itenary for the trip and they did a phenomenal job. Poornima anJagdish were both very friendly and courteous at the Shamiana Resturant. Monika the pm duty manager was awesome and has us upgrade to a bigger room. Shawn Rodriguez the front office manager was very helpful, courteous and ensured we had a memorable experience. Highly recommend the hotel and looking forward to seeing them again

The team should educate their international customers around how to redeem VAT. There is a process to it and we were unaware.

Horrible location, the lobby smells of curry- not pleasant when you just enter. City view rooms are basically of a construction site so you cannot open curtains and the golf view rooms overlook the freeway with traffic noise coming all the way to floor 13/16.

OVERALL WAS VERY PLEASANT AND COMFORTABLE. WILL DEFINITELY CONSIDER RE-VISITING

I had one booking for the room so due to chnage of plans I booked the same room for 4 more days but mistakenly I miss one day in the middle but the menager of hotel didn’t even look at the dates and was forcing me to go out leave the room and come tomarrow because I mistakenly didn’t book on that day. He very rude and not coprative at all and even charged me twice the price by force to I wanted to keep the room for that day the worst decision of my life and ruined my whole hoildays very bad

Being told the reason didn’t not accept his mistake for the dates and charged me twice the price for one day for the same room very bad didn’t like would like the magment to stay in touch I want my refund

The breakfast was brilliant and had so many varieties, in addition, the staff went that extra mile to make up really happy, and I would like to specially thank Mr. Karthik Jayabalan, director of food and beverages for his kind attendance to our needs at the table.

I think the room rate was really high!! For the price I paid, which is nearly 206 Euros (Per Night) 180 GBP (Per Night), i can stay in a real luxury hotel in any big city in Europe!! But again, Dubai is a great great city DON'T GET ME WRONG!! But i do think that the rate was a bit too high!! I also ordered a place of Club Sandwiches. And it costed me DHS 95!!!!! That's about 26 UD Dollars, and 21 GBP!! Now that's TOO MUCH for some slices of bread with eggs and cheese with fries!!

The staff were always polite and welcoming, especially Joy who always welcomed me with a smile to the executive club lounge. The facilities were great and the room was lovely and spacious. Looking forward to my next stay

Loved the concept of breakfast as A-la-cart orders instead of live stations. Avoided cue and reduce wastage. The staff- from housekeeping to front office to restaurants, all so friendly and hospitable.

Location was great big spacious rooms and the staycation offer was fab. Very clean.

The staff were all incredibly friendly, very welcoming and happy to go the extra mile. This included the staff in reception, concierge, security and the bar. Special mention to Ajeet who looked after our room and John the concierge, although there were so many whose name we didn't get who helped to make it a great stay. We also had a great lunch in the bar with lovely food and service. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The pool area had great views and the spa was very relaxing.
