Roy & Yami are such lovely warm welcoming people, nothing is too much trouble. Super clean apartment, everything you need, all basics like hand soap, washing up liquid, clothes wash liquid provided but also lots of lovely extra touches, even beach towels provided. Roy personally showed us around the apartment on arrival which was so nice as he pointed out where everything was and how everything works. Views from the apartment are amazing, great central location, the apartment also felt very safe and secure. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

The accommodation was as the pictures shows and Roy was super-welcoming and helpful with everything. We also appreciated the strong hairdryer and all the other equipment that was at the apartment. The views from the 6th floor are also stunning.

The only little downside was the coach which was little bit tilted so for someone who is used to sleep on a straight bed it can be uncomfortable but for us it wasn’t any significant problem

it was really spacious, tastefully decorated, and well equipped for everything. it had 2 different views to enjoy, and had a perfect location.

The flat exceeded our expectations. We had everything we needed, plus some amazing views! The view from living room was amazing. Super friendly and helpful host as well. Would come back.

The shower drain was a bit clogged, so that would need some improvement. It didn’t disturb too much tho.

Well equiped apartman with great location. Very kind owner, he helpd us if we had got any question.

Car parking was difficult.

Roy's a super nice and friendly host. He drove with us to show us the free parking spot after our arrival and he also gave us a lift back to that parking lot when we were leaving. The appartment is big and comfy, the kitchen well equipped and the building is located in the very centre of Puerto de la Cruz. We spent just two nights there but it'd be also a fantastic base for anybody's whole stay on Tenerife. Absolutely recommended!

Comfortable appartment at perfect location. Complete kitchen to prepare meals. Walking distance to restaurants, botanical garden and beach. Friendly hosts with lots of tips and very willing to help. Large pool that is shared with other guests but is empty most of the time.

Challenging to reach by public transport, but the host offers airport shuttle which was very nice.
