Friendly, helpful staff. It is a nice hotel with an interesting layout with a large atrium in the middle. Our room was nice and it was within walking distance of places to eat. The coffee shop in the lobby was a bonus.

Heavy dust issiue. The room was new however it seriously need deep cleaning as we can saw the corner everywhere.Easily found dust at everywhere of floor skirting, sofa and bed head joinline. Management need look into it

dusty, breakfast variety not too much but good enough, however the taste is not good for cooked dishes, consider below average, dessert is ok. Coffee, egg all standard, soft-boiled egg is pre cook, not even warm , worry bout safety to consume half cook egg stay in room temperature after certain time

1. Despite the refurbishment, the walls of the hotel are not soundproof. So we could hear motorcycles on the road at night. 2. No dedicated staff to help us bring the luggage to our room. 3. Drinking water is not provided in the room. Like many budget hotels, guests have to collect it themselves from the water dispenser at the corridors outside the rooms. I find this cumbersome.

The soap & shampoo provided have nice smell and spacious kids play room. Got a laundry room, but unfortunately we realize it after check out. Parking provided, with no limits. There is also a nice cafe at the lobby. Easy to check in & out.

The room and toilet smelled of cigarette. It would be better if the room service could get rid of the smell because we check-in late in the evening. so they have time to do it. The drop off area is narrow and blocking car coming out from the parking. Car keep honking when u are dropping off the luggage (uncivilized driver). Very disturbing and no lift connect to basement parking, so no choice. I think can be improved if they didn't closed the front area for (VIP parking?) and have one staff to control the traffic flow.

From the 1st time until now, it been a few time stay at Travelodge it remain and maintain the same

We loved the location. It was central to all the places we went to including golf club, restaurants and getting back on the highway.

The swimming pool looked small but we did not use it.

my first day room window was facing the roadside. it was very noisy with sound of cars and motors passing especially at night to midnight and in the afternoon. however when i requested to change to another facing for 2nd night. it was great. facility and cleanliness are all great. if you're sensitive to noise, recommend to request a quiet facing

For active travellers, the hotel is pretty great, with a free gym and a paid gym next door (Urbaxx Fitness , accesible via the hotel lobby). for the paid gym, price for 3 entries is RM25, and registration is via app. For brisk walking, you can head on to Taman Rekreasi Sultan Abdul aziz , and get around 1.8km per loop (distance from hotel to the park is about ~2km away. Room is pretty big, with a nice lounger , facing the ipoh city. Parking is pretty ample (went there on CNY). Room soundproofing could be better, toher than that, no complaints! Overall pretty great experience!
