Aloha! Our family's stay at this vacation rental across from Napili Bay in west Maui was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome, awesome communication, cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the condo. The location was perfect – just steps away from the beautiful Napili Bay, allowing us to easily enjoy the stunning sunsets, sand and surf in the afternoon and mornings by the ocean.
The condo itself was not only immaculate but also incredibly convenient. It was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully stocked kitchen to beach gear for our adventures. Being close to everything made exploring west Maui a breeze, whether it was dining at local restaurants, shopping, or embarking on outdoor activities.
But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the rental where our family could relax and create lasting memories together. We are grateful for the wonderful time we had and highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Maui.

This location is incredible. Everything matched the listing exactly. The host was incredibly communicative and easy to work with. 5+ stars if I could give more. Close to Merriman's, short walk for coffee, beach,... Loved the place! Given what the area has been through, the service was incredible. It was very heartbreaking to see the devastation from the fires. We had mixed emotions about going, but in the end, the tourism dollars are what drives their economy and not going is hurting the area. We would recommend going, just follow the guidelines they have for respecting the people effected. Don't ask questions and re-traumatize them, don't stop and gawk or take pictures of their homes that have been destroyed. Just treat them like you would want to be treated if you tragically lost everything including family members and friends. Thanks to our hosts for such a wonderful Christmas!!

Great location, and really nice property but it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned before us: the carpets were dirty and the floors weren’t mopped. Also most of the cookware was broken or burnt and scratched up Teflon which we didn’t want to us. Solid 4 stars.

We are a family of eight and enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and just be together. The location to the beach was also great. The place is well-stocked with everything you’ll need, and we were able to take advantage of the washer and dryer! The beds were comfortable, and we didn't want to leave. When visiting Maui, we will stay here again!

We spent 2 weeks here with our 2 adult sons and it was perfect. Lovely space, comfortable furniture and beds, and well supplied kitchen. Location was amazing and the walk to the beach was easy and short. Kevin was attentive, had great recommendations and was very friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

Had such a great time here. Location was perfect - I was worried about not being right at the beach, but the walk to the beach was easy and quick, and the snorkeling was fantastic. We actually preferred the beach which was one more block north, Kapalua beach, at the start of the Kapalua Coastal trail, which was also a fantastic little easy trail to take. The Kapalua Bay beach was very nice with very calm waters and great snorkeling.
This VRBO had a well stocked garage with snorkel gear, towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, floating noodles, etc. and a wagon to transport everything.
The place was very nice, the beds were super comfortable with plenty of pillows and bedding. My adult sons slept on the pull-out couch and it was as fine and comfy as a pull-out couch can be. There is an available inflatable mattress in the closet, but we did not use it.
We mostly ate in, and the kitchen is fairly well-stocked with equipment for cooking. We did get Poke bowls from Napili Market and were not super impressed.
Kevin was very helpful with advice about the area and great communication. Very happy and satisfied with this VRBO and would totally return again.

Everything was just as advertised. Location was a really short walk to the beach. Which was very convenient and lovely. Several amazing beaches within 10 min. Enjoyed my early morning runs with lots of other like minded people. This is a great place to stay. The hosts are amazing too.

Perfect location for Honeymoon trip
Married my wife this weekend and was able to celebrate with both of our families present and under one roof. A big Thank you to Kevin and family for an amazing location with all the awesome features you’d expect at a luxury townhouse. Highly recommend. Will use again in the future!

Napili Beach :)
This is a great property with convenient access to Napili Beach. It’s a beautiful part of the west side of Maui that isn’t as crowded. The house has everything you need for east beach life- chairs, towels, umbrellas, toys, snorkel gear- it’s all there! The patio is awesome coffee and evening BBQs. Well stocked kitchen. The closest grocery store (Napili Market) has the best poke bowls we found and reasonable prices and AA roots had yummy options too.

First trip to Maui
We have nothing but good things to say about our stay. The property was amazing and very comfortable. The property manager communication was extremely helpful and they provided a bunch of great suggestions for things to see and spots to eat. It’s walking distance to the beach which was great.
Would definitely stay again and recommend to others visiting Maui.

Napili Bay!
Lovely townhouse right across the street from the beautiful bay beach. The master bedroom en suite is big and well appointed. The other two bedrooms had large beds and plenty of closet space. The deck is a wonderful outdoor space and has a large grill - we cooked and enjoyed many meals in and evenings hanging out. Kevin, the manager, was really helpful and very responsive. Great trip!

Great location within easy walk to several nice beaches
My family of 2 grandparents, 5 adult kids and 2 toddlers enjoyed the place. The townhouse is well-situated, well-equipped with beach gear and walking distance to great beaches. The deck and downstairs areas are great. The 2 guest bedrooms appear a larger in the photos than real-life. Overall, a really nice place to stay.

Comfortable stay
We stayed at this townhome for a full week as a family of four with 2 kids. The home is everything you’d expect from a vacation rental and in our case felt like we never left home! Everything we wanted was present including washer and dryer, and an assortment of beach toys, proper internet, kitchen utensils etc. so we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in west Maui. The beach is a short walk away and is easily accessible even in case you need to push a cart or a stroller over. The nearest grocery store is less than 10min drive away so we didn’t feel like we needed to be overly prepared. The kids enjoyed the beach and we went there every single day sometimes multiple times the same day. The hosts were one of the best we’ve interacted with on vrbo and similar sites. Very easy to reach, proactive in communication as well making sure you had everything you might need to make sure you had an enjoyable vacation. This is an easy 5/5. Grab it if it’s available.

Amazing Location and Condo
This was the perfect condo for our family. We thrive on being outside, so the very large lanai was great. The unit had everything we needed, and the garage was filled with chairs and lots of other beach items. We couldn't ask for a better location to snorkel on our 2 favorite beaches - Napili and Kapalua. It's also a very short drive down the road to Honoloa Beach which has some of the best snorkeling we've seen. We also could not have asked for a better manager and contact person than Kevin. He went above and beyond to help us with all our questions and recommendations we were looking for! We can't wait to come back.

Wonderful property with an excellent manager
This is a great property located walking distance from beautiful beaches. Lahaina village and Whalers village are just 15 minutes away. The property is completely stocked with everything you can possibly need. I can’t think of a single thing (besides food of course) that was not provided. But the best part about the property is the property manager Kevin. He was constantly in touch and answered all our questions immediately even before we came to stay. Once we were at the rental, he kept in touch and answered many questions that were not even related to the townhome. I could not have asked for more.

Our recent stay in Napili was outstanding! This property was exactly as advertised. The manager, Kevin, was exceptional. We only had a few very minor issues/questions and Kevin immediately responded. Lots of space for our six adults to spread out and excellent, well stocked kitchen! All the beach gear you need for a large group. Leave everything at home!

Great stay at a great location
Our stay at the property was fantastic! The place was well renovated and the location was great. It was the ideal place for us with two young families with grandparents, as it was a short walk to the beach with all the necessary equipment and toys to take over in a wagon. While we wish the complex collected recycling, Kevin the manager of the property took away all the recyclables himself. Kevin was outstanding as a manager and was on top of any needs that we had. Thanks, and we wished we could have stayed even longer!

Awesome Location for Dream Vacation
Spent 5 nights at this beautiful home enjoying Napili Bay with my mom and family. This home is exactly like the pictures show - new, clean, bright, spacious, well-kept, fully stocked, and located just a very short walk from a beautiful soft sandy beach with stunning views. The beds were comfortable, the seating in the living room ample, the deck was huge and a great place to relax after a day at the beach. The kitchen is well appointed and the knives were sharp and high end (we cooked many meals). The location is great for both beach access and car rides to Kapalua and Lahaina. Kevin and Kelly are 5-Star property managers. Kevin is an excellent communicator both when preparing to arrive and while we were at the property. Both went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special and that our very need was met. If you want to experience all the beauty of the Napili Bay Area and return to a welcoming and comfortable home each night, THIS is the place!

Loved a few odds and ends that made stay great: Garage had items we’d otherwise need to rent for beach use (umbrella, chairs, body boards, towels etc). Two coffee machines, one drip one keurig.
