This is my absolute favorite spot in Rockford to go and spend the time at, I enjoy it so much. It is quiet, it is close to everything. This is the perfect spot. The host is wonderful. I have never had an issue at all.

A lot of times I will look at the price in wonder if it's actually worth it. Connect, this is a hidden gem. You are about 7 minutes from everything. does absolutely wonderful. The street is nice and quiet because relaxing. I'm thoroughly enjoyed everything it had to offer. The bathtub was am sing the kitchen was immaculately clean. Everything was so open and so wonderful. I was so calm. I even bought a giant canvas cause. I was inspired to paint however, I didn't get the chance to paint but I was inspired so I do have the canvas with me so I am going to home to paint. This was 5 minutes from my friend's home. 7 minutes from everything that we are doing 15 minutes from our big event and 1 hour from our event in Chicago I love every moment. Five stars all the way will return if allowed multiple times this year..

The apartment is adorable and so so clean. I stayed there with my daughter and a friend and her daughter as we were in town for a volleyball tournament. We both loved it. Beds were very comfortable, we had everything we needed plus more. The owner is very sweet, a great person to work with and fast with replies. All the other vb moms were complaining about their hotels and my friend and I were bragging about our place. They were a little jealous, ha ha! I highly recommend this place, skip the hotels!

Me and my family enjoy everything about this apt.. The living room and bedrooms were actually like the photos. The apt. was very clean and every bedroom was very comfortable. The porch was an added bonus. I loved sitting on the porch and taking in the fresh air. Overall I enjoyed everything about this place. I will definitely be back. We had a great experience with this property from day one. Property manager was very communicative and helpful with suggestions. We had a family wedding, and this was a great venue for location, cleanliness and accommodations. Highly recommend.

We loved this apartment. It would be very comfortable for a long stay. The kitchen is bright and large, as are the dining and living rooms. Also a large, screened, private front porch. Really nice tiled bathroom. Comfortable beds. Plenty of storage room. Great location and nice neighbors. Twana is gracious and fast to respond to any questions.

The apartment was just beautiful and clean, the decor and art made the feel so retro and at home, it was equipped with everything you needed.. we loved it, well worth the price and location.

My family and I stayed at this property while in town for a high school lacrosse tournament. Love this property! From my private off street parking spot, to the screened in front porch to sit and have coffe in the morning, to the full kitchen's butler pantry. So much charm. It is a older home which I love, however, may not be for everyone. Would definitely stay at again.

I stayed 10 nights, and had a wonderful stay! I would definitely recommend and stay again if I'm back in the area!

On our visit from Florida and during the week between a Wisconsin fishing trip and a Canadian fishing trip, my wife and I stayed in Twanda’s 2nd floor vacation rental. Central location was convenient. The neighborhood was quiet. Would stay again.

Visiting family for the holiday and Twana's place was perfect for us. It was a very cute, well kept apartment that had a great deal of character. We would definitely choose it again when in the area. She was great with communication and any questions we had.

This was such a fantastic apartment! We were in town to celebrate Christmas with family and loved having a comfortable home-like place to come back to each night. Everything was clean, in excellent working condition, and the well-stocked kitchen was a huge plus! There was more than enough room for our family of 4 (two older teens) and the bedroom set-up worked perfect....this could easily accommodate more. Also, the private off-street parking was great! We would love to continue to book this property every time we're in town!! Thank you for a wonderful experience and Happy New Year!

Rented this for my son and I while visiting a friend. What a lovely rental! It felt like a bit of a waste with only the 2 of us and enough space easily for 6, but at an excellent price. I love the architecture of the place and enjoyed a walk around the neighborhood. Lots of really cool houses! Wish we'd had time to sit out on the screen porch and relax, or enjoy the back deck. The kitchen was great, nice to make our own breakfasts. Beds were super comfy. Will need to come back with our friend group and stay a bit longer.

Twana was a fantastic host! The apartment is decorated beautifully and there are thoughtful touches throughout to help make your stay more comfortable. It’s on a quiet residential street that’s close to downtown. The large fenced in backyard was perfect for my pup. I’ve already recommended it to other friends coming to visit Rockford!

Overall great property. Very appreciated was the driveway parking space. Possible drawback for elderly are the steep stairs.

Our stay was wonderful, description was accurate and communication with the owner was excellent, quick to reply and accommodating. The unit was perfect for our visit during a softball tournament nearby.

We were only there for one night but wish we would’ve stayed longer. Cute house with a great screened in porch to sit on and enjoy the weather and neighborhood!
