I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed our stay in this home. We parked the car in a nearby garage ($35 a day) and left it there the whole weekend. We were able to walk everywhere, drop off bags after shopping, go home for a snack or a nap. Definitely got a workout from the stairs but we knew that going in. Beds were comfortable and lots of room - we just had this for a girls weekend for 2 of us celebrating a 40th birthday and the photo spots in the unit are awesome too! Already looking at staying here again.

Great spot right in the middle of the action.

Even with the location being in the middle of downtown, the location is extremely secure. The apartment was clean and plenty of sleeping space for our group. Would stay again!

Thai is a simply amazing loft right in the heart of downtown Nashville. It doesn’t get any better then this. The loft was roomy, clean, and has style. Even though you’re right in the middle of all the action, the bedroom was completely quiet. The tiniest walk to anything on Broadway. Windows facing Broadway make for incredible people watching. We went Tootsies, Jason Aldeans, Dierks Bentleys, Luke Bryan’s, Kid Rocks, Miranda Lamberts just to name a few… took in the Kane Brown and Dustin Lynch concert at Bridgestone arena. Went in and out of the loft multiple times during the day. Sooooo much better then getting a place outside the area. Hosts are top notch too. Will definitely be back.

Loved staying here and being able to walk right out onto Broadway. If you plan on going bar hopping and truly experiencing a walking tour of the area this is a great place to stay.

Rarely has there been a place to stay where you are literally in the middle of so many things to do, but the rental is so great you don't want to go out. The sun room was our favorite part with the great views and sounds of Broadway in Nashville. We had an event at the Ryman which was just around the corner. So convenient. It rained during our stay and the sound of the rain on the skylights was so relaxing. Our only regret was that we only had 2 nights. The staff was so accommodating, and even when we couldn't figure something so obvious out about the sink, they were right on it and as nice as could be. Highly recommend this place.

The location was phenomenal! We loved being ON BROADWAY for music and drink hopping ! The sound from below was not bad at all and none of us had any trouble resting at night between adventures :) Would definitely stay here again !

This property was absolutely perfect to experience the full Downtown Nashville experience. Property was very clean, well decorated, and came with lots of little amenities.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION..... best time staying right on the strip, great place for up to 4 people max, wished there was 2 showers, but all good, perfect view of the strip, we did a late check out as we needed an 1145 check out instead of 10 am, and it cost us 57 bucks, I get this is a business, but for what we spent on the room maybe a little grace on the 57 dollars would have been nice, but far as the property goes, place was rockstar.

We really enjoyed our stay and the place was amazing! Cannot beat the location and the Condo was amazing. Will definitely try to stay here again when we make it back to Nashville. Communication was also A+ throughout.

We had a blast at this location. Parking was not great, and the third floor walk wasn’t great, but you can’t beat the location!

Description in VRBO accurately captured the property. Whoever did the interior decorating was excellent - they perfectly captured the Nashville city vibe. Can't beat the location -right on Broadway in Downtown Nashville. Being able to go out during the day and night and be back to the property in literally 5-10 minutes was great. We did not rent a car and saw just about everything on foot except the Grand Ole Opry where we took a cab. Having no car rental or parking fees was great. Noise is an issue when trying to sleep. Do not dismiss their ample warnings in the listing. They provide earplugs and you will need to use them. On the weekend the music and street noise did not end until 2:30 AM. Bars/Honky Tonks on Broadway literally point live music speakers out of their open windows and into the street. Property management was very responsive. Unit had lots of nice little unexpected extras (Coffee, LaCroix water, Chips, Oatmeal). Place looks like it does in the pictures - entirely remodeled and up to date. New appliances. Couches/Bed are very comfortable. Keurig Coffee maker and TV worked great.

We had a great time! Location was awesome and we had everything we needed and more. Check in and out was easy. Communication with the property manager was great. She checked in on us a few times to make sure everything was good. We will definitely book again!

You can’t beat this location downtown. The condo was perfect and gorgeously decorated! Opened the windows overlooking broadway and listened to the live music when we weren’t sight seeing. Highly recommend!

Wow if you want to stay downtown, this is your place. It is the coolest place around. Go to bar, hit a restaurant and head back to your place. Rest, clean up and head back out. We didn't take 1 uber the entire weekend. Host is great

Right in the middle of Broadway. Surrounded by all the major attractions, short walk to Printers Alley. Will definitely be going back. We had the best time.

Its a neat place. Right in the middle of the action. A short walk to the Ryman which we were there for. Close to many parking garages and food. The unit itself is on the 3rd floor so if you can’t do stairs it may be rough. Mom and dad had the bedroom and the kids slept on the futon. Worked great for us. There is plenty of ambient noise from Broadway, so light sleepers may be bothered. No washer/dryer for our visit. Nice experience.

Wow! What a cool place. The only problem you'll have with this place is deciding to turn left or right when you step outside because you are literally right in the middle of Broadway.

The overlook of this trendy spot over Broadway was perfect! We were able to walk to all the bars and restaurants and be right in the mix! The décor was on point for that Nashville vibe. Note downsides *parking, not included and had to park in a garage and get luggage to and from and up 3 flights. *Master bathroom door sticks -- I got stuck inside and had to get others to get me out. (probably just needs adjusted) *I was told it was a drip coffee pot, and it was a Keurig. So we brought the wrong kind of coffee. May want to alter that description to say so. All in all. Great trip, highly recommend!

I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Nashville! The location is very convenient and right in the center of Broadway where all the action is. It was very clean and decorated so cute! The sunroom lets you have your own comfy view to watch Broadway! There were four of us girls and we had plenty of space for everyone to get ready and also relax. The check in and out instructions were all easy to follow. Would definitely stay again!
