Comfortable and clean, good value. Good TV and wifi. Don't come here if you want to chat to people - I was just messaged the key codes and had no face to face contact with anyone, but there was everything I needed, including a good kitchenette (shared). Easy to walk or bus to the city centre.
The takeaways nearby are very limited. I ended up with a microwave meal from Iceland.

Nice room with a relatovely comfy bed. Good value for the price. Several buses nearby.
The pillows could have been more comfy and there was a little smell in the room when we got in - we were keeping the window open so it went away and didnt bother.
It was weird that we couldnt use the kitchen for making food even though there is normal kitchen equipment in the house.

Convenient to where my training for work was being held. Value for money and clean for what I needed somewhere to stay for couple of nights.
I was disappointed I could not cook in the place and the kitchen was very small along the hallway under the stairs. Also it was noisy when people were in room up above I could hear them talking and moving about.

The room it’s so clean as well the toilet but I need suggest to put mirror on the room.

- Very easy self-check in.
- Very easy to get to from the train station.
- Good access to public transportation. Templemore has its own bus stop so that you just have to walk a few blocks and you can jump on the Glider and head into City Centre.
-Everything was nice and clean.
I was traveling solo and I had a small room on ground floor. The shared bathroom isn’t shared by many people and it was always available when I went to use it. If I’m back in Belfast any time soon I will def be checking to see if this property is available.

We stayed on the ground floor which was conveniemt for the shared bathroom and kitchen area. We were the only room on the ground floor and did not see the guests staying on the upper floor at any time. The accommodation is small but sufficient. It is very convenient for the Titanic Quarter and Belfast city, both of which can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes.
No indication on the front of the building that it was the correct place. It looks like a normal house, so it was a little confusing when we arrived in the taxi. Not a major problem though.

Great location and easy access to the house. Comfy beds, dining room, all essential provided, even i.e. a washing machine, coffee & tea, spare towels, etc.
Size of a room was quite small.

The place is well taken care of. Tasteful, clean and it offers everything anyone could need for a pleasant stay for a very reasonable price. The bus stop is just a minute away. Very good choice.
I would have liked to have some control of the heating.

Reviews sometimes can be misleading, I got to the property I was swept off my feet. It was excellent, if I had followed the review I read before renting the property I wouldn't have rented it but the property was so clean and well furnished and so quiet. I really enjoyed my stay; it was valued for the money I paid.
Everything about the property is very perfect, none that I can think of because I enjoyed my stay. I can say it was home away from home. I will recommend it to anyone visiting Belfast. It is worth the cash I spent.

it was convenient for an event I was attending
my room was at the front of the building, next to the front door. whilst this gave me no actual problems during my stay, it made me a touch uneasy (as I had to leave my room to use the shared bathroom). I was fully aware of the shared facilities in advance, and they were not a problem (& very clean)

The room was cozy, had a big tv. The neighbourhood seemed quite nice and quiet. Bus stops are near and easy to get to the center. Very good price and acomodation balance.

It was a code to get in. The owners answered any messages quickly 👍.
Easy access to The Titanic Quarter. About a 25 minute walk into the city centre.
Local shops nearby, so everything you need. Free WiFi, and ample parking if needed.
My room was on the ground floor, and so was a bathroom.
That being said, the hallway was quite narrow, so I'm not sure it would be wheelchair accessible. That wasn't a problem in my case, but if you are in a wheelchair, this might be an issue.
