Property was super cute and very clean. Hosts were very communicative. It was about a $12 Uber/lyft anywhere we went (Broadway, listening room, Gulch, Grand ole Opry). Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Very comfortable accommodations and convenient to everything we had planned. Back deck was a nice place for an afternoon nap.

Everything was perfect except we did not receive the door code for our 4pm check in. Required a call to the Host.

I was a little nervous upon booking because I’ve never stayed at a house that required extra forms to be filled out but the house is so well maintain I can see why the forms are needed. The neighborhood is so cute, the patio is lovely, it’s about 12 min from the mall/opryland and less than 20 to get to downtown so it was perfect. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting Nashville

This home was perfect. The owner had great attention by supplying all that we needed. What a huge benefit when traveling. Location was perfect distance to the city without actually being in the city.

We enjoyed our stay so much at this beautifully renovated cottage. It had all the modern amenities and was very clean and decorated so well and very comfortable. The location is convenient to downtown and is located in a neighborhood where homes are being renovated. Felt very safe here. The back patio is such a lovely spot and was an awesome area to visit. We enjoyed the great Nashville weather when we were there! We would definitely recommend and will stay here again if in the area.

My wife and I, and a family friend, stayed at this wonderful property for three nights while we checked a few “bucket list” items off our dream destinations list. Just minutes from historic downtown Nashville, the Grand Ole Opry, and the Opry Mills shopping complex, this wonderful property was perfect for our group. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, the home is appointed with beautiful furnishings. The owners have gone above and beyond in trying to anticipate the needs of every traveler. From noise / sound machines provided to help those who need them to drift off to sleep, to locally sourced, fresh ground coffee to help start the day with a spark, to gorgeous bathrooms and showers, to dimmable lighting in the kitchen and living room, this property has a personal touch my wife and I have found in none of the many other properties we’ve rented over the course of many years. We highly recommend this property for your Nashville trip. We’ll be back.

This home was very spacious, modern, and close to everything.

What a nice place to stay. Beds were so comfy! Supplies were very adequate. Easy access to Grand Ole Opry and Broad Street. We were very pleased. Folks be prepared to pay for parking when going to downtown or events. Pricey.

The property was pretty close to Nashville, but not "downtown," which is what we wanted. We were there to visit our daughter. All the cookware needed was available, the home was very clean with plenty of seats and throw blankets - and EVERYTHING else that you need. The owners were very accommodating with all of our special requests. Great stay- great house- great people!

We loved this property. It was VERY clean and as described. The hosts were great and the communication was excellent. The kids loved running around with the fireflies at dusk! We would definitely stay there again.

The property was very clean and was well stocked. It had everything you could need. The beds were very comfortable. My wife and I stayed there for four nights with another couple. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend it.

The rental was wonderful! Great for all ages, including the Seniors that we were traveling with. The house has everything we could have possibly needed. Will recommend to family and friends that will be visiting in the future. The hosts are very prompt with their responses as well. Great experience all around!

This property was extremely clean, well organized and had everything you could think of. Very easy to book, great communication. Fantastic access to Nashville. We were a party of 4 and the two bedroom, two bathroom set up was perfect for our group. Everything was updated and new. If you needed it they probably had it. We loved to go to Nashville during the day and return home to the comfort of this property. The kitchen is very well equipped if you wanted to cook in. They had a lovely deck with ample seating. Easy parking in the back. We stayed for 5 days so we did make use the washer and dryer. Five Daughters bakery is about 7 minutes away, don't miss out. There was a Kroger's very close if you need any supplies or gas. We would definitely stay here again if we come to Nashville. Thanks Pat & Jim we really enjoyed your property.

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Easy and clean. Well stocked for a quick trip. Close enough to downtown to make the trips in super easy.

We had a wonderful stay in Nashville at our bungalow and took advantage of the large deck for evening grilling. This stay was for two couples so the two bathrooms was a plus! If you’re looking for a place to stay between downtown and opry, this is it!

I am so glad we decided not to stay in downtown Nashville. Pam and Jim are amazing hosts. Their home is beautiful, stylish and has everything you would need for your stay. We stayed for 6 nights and everything was perfect. Their home is only 10 minutes from downtown. And if you have time, I recommend visiting Franklin. Plenty of room for 2 couples and they made everything so easy. From checking in to checking out. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Hope to stay there again soon.

We loved our stay at Ardee House! Our daughter lives in the neighborhood and we could walk between the two properties. The house had all the amenities needed and the owners provided great information to make our stay comfortable. Love the Inglewood area especially Dose for morning brunch. Great walking trail nearby or be downtown Nashville in 15 minutes. Thanks for a great property!

Very impressed with the property and felt very safe with the owners living on the upper level. The property was nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable, a great location to the Grand Ole Opry ~ a five star accommodation ~ would book here again! Tip... if you are going to the Grand Ole Opry - park at the Regal Theater at the mall and walk over - save your $'s on parking fees! Super close!

The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for the week. It was close to shopping and places to eat. We will definitely stay there again.

The level of information regarding the home ie., emergency/ maintenance numbers, location of household items, appliance usage, trash location etc was over the top, thus making our stay so enjoyable. Very beautiful and well appointed home in quiet Nashville neighborhood. Great area for morning runs in the fall leaves. Sunshine filled deck space for afternoon snacks. Walking distance to coffee shop.
