The location was nice, clean and relaxing!

It is a little far from the beach, but the beach is beautiful with free sunbeds with clean water and divine landscape!

The hotel was new, the rooms were minimalistically furnished and clean.

The fact that “all inclusive” did not apply to the beach (one had to pay for beverages and toilet usage). The beach was great, but at the mercy of tourists, which left behind lots of empty plastic cups and a lot of garbage. The food was tasty, but more suitable to a more expensive canteen than to a five stars hotel (at Duni and in Losenets we had shrimps and wild mussels included). The wifi connection was unusable (probably overloaded).

Nice atmosphere, very clean everywhere, friendly and helpful staff. Animating Team is amazing. Definitely we will come back again next summer

Everything was just perfect

The staff is great, everyone is very friendly.

It’s not a big deal but the cleaning ladies forgot twice to give us towels after they took the old ones.

I stayed with my husband and two young children. The children’s facilities were exceptional. My son loved the football pitch and the water slides. The childrens entertainment was brilliant and enjoyed by all the family. I felt safe at all times and loved I could see my son playing while still relaxing by the pool. I would highly recommend for families.

While there are a few faults to the hotel the double bed was two single beds pushed together which I feel for a hotel of this quality isn’t acceptable. It made sleeping uncomfortable as the beds would move apart.

We didn't really appreciate the fact that almost the entirety of the staff barely spoke any English, thus we found it hard to communicate when needed.

Small things that make it “a Bulgarian 5* hotel, not Western European: nosy cleaner, late snack canceled but no one informing about it, restaurant waitresses not trained enough - manager needed in all small issues.

The hotel is cleverly built, completely isolated from the noice outside. The food was ok, however the same each day and limited in options.

The staff, with few exceptions, was unfriendly and, sometimes, rude or demostrating racial behavior against Romanians. The maintenance guy tried to force us to accept that is normal for the electric panel to make noise like a drilling machine. He did the repairs only when we decided to leave the hotel. The bartender had a tantrum when we asked him not to use the bear hand to put the lemon in the drink.....we had to call the f&b manager to make it stop. The house rules were enforced only on the polite guests, such as ourselves. The Bulgarian or Czech were allowed to spitt in the elevator, make noice at 1 AM....or even to flaunt the penis to the children in the pool area. The common areas were superficially cleaned. The pool area was at 7AM exactly how it was left by the guests previous night. A plastic cup near the fire extinguiser was ignored by the cleaning team for 6 days....or some garbage left on a sunbed for multiple days. The private beach is not private at all since all the people are allowed to occupy the sunbeds.

The rooms where nice and clean so the facilities around the hotel. We could never get hungry as there is always some food on the go, what we found very handy with 2 years old ttoddler. Bonus the food was very tasty. All staff were very friendly, approachable and helpful.

The only thing I would criticise was, when we got there it was rain and thunderstorm weather for a first 3 days. And as we liked the hotel so much, there is nothing to do inside for a 2 years old. Like have a little PLAY AREA for children which are to little for a kids club, would be definitely beneficial.

A good sized room. Very good breakfast. Food, generally was very good. Something for everybody. The staff were happy and attentive. Nice big, light and airy reception/bar area.

The food could be hotter and the wine colder. The wine cooler in the restaurant was not working. White wine not very cold is not good.

Pleasant hotel, quiet city, nice reception staff and plenty of sunny weather.

Meals could have been more diversified.

Very clean and the staff were friendly

The food wasn’t great as it was the same pretty much every day, the private beach is 15 min walking distance and there isn’t a bar or restaurant so the all inclusive is useless if you want to be on the beach instead of the hotel swimming pool. Someone’s child did ( a poo) in the kids swimming pool and they didn’t even bother to clean absolutely disgusting.
