Breakfast was delicious and a good value. The staff was amazing!!! Luis “Chai” and Carmen treated us excellent. Their service exceeded our expectations. The hotel was peaceful, quiet and the views were gorgeous! The room we had was incredible and spacious. The showers were wonderful and large. Plenty of storage and relaxing space.
Some of the the natural wildlife came in our room. The staff was quick to attend to our needs but at times it was a bit much.

Everything, we went on Honeymoon over our first anniversary and everything was just perfect. The view, the people and the facilities were just top notch.
The hill/steps going up but the view at the top was totally worth it!

Liked pretty much everything! One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Fabulous view from my room, wonderful staff (Carmen and Salvador make you feel very much at home), excellent food and an amazing suite that had everything you could possibly want. Very nice infinity pool. Not cheap, but worth every penny!
Food at the restuarant was excellent, like a good place in France or Italy, but the set menu was limiting since I stayed for 4 nights. There are other excellent restaurants nearby so this isn't a big problem.

Everything! Really. Everything in the Hotel is amazing. The staff, the food, the drinks, the view, the room... 10/10 ⭐
Location is also great. A 5-10min downhill walk to Playa Madera, and from there walk another 5-10min (through the Boulevard) to get a boat to Playa Las Gatas.
Maybe just the car entrance. Is kinda scary. But, once you park in the Hotel, you don't really need the car during your stay because the location is great.

Everyone was so accommodating. We had an amazing time. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and they went out of their way to make it extra special.

Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating to us.
Bed was a little uncomfortable. When I would move my wife would feel it and vice versa.

The staff is incredibly friendly and willing to give local recommendations. The views and breakfast are spectacular, the breakfast is a 3 course sitting which is on par or better than anything at other restaurants or similar hotels.
The rooms are a little dated when it comes to design and decor but very clean and well maintained.

This is the best stay at a hotel I have ever had. The service was above and beyond every day. When we arrived we were told to treat this place as our home. This really was our home for a week. The entire staff was so helpful, attentive, and caring. We quickly became friends with the staff. They are the heart and soul here. This place is so much more than a hotel. It is a very personal experience where you are treated as the guests of honor. Plus the facility itself and the views are unbeatable. We can’t wait to come back and share this experience with friends!
