The cockcroach smell from the lower kitchen cabinets
The blankets look nice but not comfortable to sleep in
The shower taps if turned not following host's instructions resulted in no showering till host comes save the day ;-)
The tv rack is detaching from the wall. The host is aware & awaiting repaiman.

The platform show that can change the date when I make the reservation. But exactly when I need to change the date but this platform don't let me to change the date.

The owner was understanding in allowing us to checkout slightly later than the stated policy. The house was also spacious, with 3 double size beds for each room.
The sofa was a bit old and torn. But since we didn’t really spend time there, so it was not a big problem for us.

The location was great
The house had a stench especially in the kitchen area. The utensils were nasty smelling and unclean.
The airconds in the room were not functioning well as it turns off automatically after an hour despite the timer being off.
The water pressure was extremely low and the heater wasn't functioning well in the master room

Actual plan to stay one night but extended for another night as like that place very much..

The owner has given me flexibility to check in late and check out slightly late.
Master Bedroom:
1) Inadequate supply of toilet paper for even a person usage.
2) Aircon needs servicing as it is not cold.
3) Double bed was facing the door.
Common Toilet
1) The common toilet basing tap is leaking.
Kitchen:
1) Mini oven was spoilt without replacement.

Very satisfied with the homestay..very clean and spacious place good for a big family and we had a very comfort stay here. The owner is very helpful, friendly and responsive.

Host is super nice and good, enjoy being in his Homestay, will come again for sure if vacay in Ipoh

water heater is the worst I ever had. my kids got burned by the sudden hot water… another one didn’t even have hot water for shower
