What a marvelous place to stay! The sunsets, the breakfast, the olive tree groves, spacious, clean and beautifully decorated rooms - I could have stayed there forever. What makes the soul of this place though are the 2 super kind and positive ladies who are always there to help and share a good laugh. 15 min walking distance to center of Assisi and just 2 minutes from St. Damiano monastery. Definitely recommend. P.S. a pool was being built when I was there and will be ready for the summer of 2023.

everything was better than i imagined. the room was neat, everything clean, the bed was confortable and the breakfast is the best i had in my trip in Italy. they were very sweet and caring and made us feel like home. 100% would recommend and definitely will be coming back ! 💖

We used this accommodation for 3 nights and were completely satisfied with the location, the surroundings and the absolutely exclusive location in close proximity to small church of San Damiano with a monastery. The hosts were very helpful and pleasant. The breakfasts were really tasty and the staff took care of us as if we were visiting their family. We really appreciated the fact that we were accommodated approx. 15 minutes' walk from the historic center and at the same time we were in a completely quiet and beautiful place in nature. We warmly recommend it to everyone with the same requirements for a place and conditions

This was such a beautiful place to stay with stunning views of Assisi. I fell ill while staying here and I was looked after really well, which I really appreciate. The staff were warm and welcoming

Excellent location just outside the old center of Assisi, but you need a car unless you don't mind a longer walk to the city. Really wonderful breakfast conform the choice you make in advance !

There is no fridge in the room and this would be very appreciated because there is no hotelbar with fresh drinks. On arrival the host tried to offer us a small room on the upper floor while we had booked a more spacious room with direct access to the garden. After we said not to accept this, the booked room was suddenly available.

The BnB was near San Damiano where we could go to morning prayers and be close to nature. Great place to relax and be closer to God.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, one with nature, beautiful views! Staff attentive, recommended restaurants for dinner and served an excellent breakfast the next morning. The passage through the vine archway beside the the main building and the climb up to walled city of Assisi both exhilarating and challenging in the unusually warm weather, totally worth it!

Lovely B&B with the warmest most welcoming host couple - Luigia & Mauro! We stayed only a night (definitely too short) at the b&b and absolutely loved it. The location & view is lovely, room was cute, clean & comfortable, super breakfast with a lot of variety and it’s located just a 15 min uphill walk to Assisi. We’ll definitely be back!

Host welcomed us as a part of a family. Localization was very good. Breakfast was much more better than typical in Italy. Very friendly and helpful staff! It's possible to make new friends during breakfast. Room is perfect for couples. Free parking is also an amenity booking this place.
