We loved our stay and proximity to a number of beaches. Great showers. It was nice there was a cooler bag and umbrella available for the beach. We loved loved loved that the pots were heavy enough to be able to use the glass cook top

We met others at the complex which helped us find our way to the local beaches otherwise I don't believe we would have found them. We were aware of the fact that our balcony overlooked the garbage yet some mornings it was a bit noisy being over the staffing area.

The area of this condo is approximately 10 min. away by car from the downtown busy area. It is a very quiet area surrounded by nature and most of what I heard was birds chirping. The beautiful beach is 10 min. away by going up the hills. If you don't have a car, there is a big grocery store 5 min away by taxi and are restaurants around the grocery store as well. There are no restaurants nearby so one has to plan what to eat and cook ahead. A taxi fare is 60 pesos for one way to the grocery store and the main activity areas. The guard at the front desk can call a taxi. The place is very spacious with two bed rooms with a bath room each room and the kitchen is well equipped and the neighbours are very quiet. Roku provides streaming entertainment to the TV.

There are garbage bins below the terrace but well hidden with a carpet, however, I could see the concrete area partially used to place garbage bin(s) in front of the terrace. This negative view can be hidden with plants in a planter along the terrace railing.

PuntaGaviota is located in a residential community in Arrocito Beach. There are sevevral beaches you can walk to within about 20-30 minutes or taxi to within minutes. Santa Cruz and La Crucicita are within about a 5 minute taxi ride. From the unit, there's a view of Tangalunga Bay. There's a nice sized balcony with an umbrella, with a cute table and chair set and drying rack for wet bathing suits etc. The unit itself has everything you need for making basic meals and the kitchen was well equipped. It has a full size fridge with freezer. The two bedrooms aren't large, but definitely all you need with ample closets in each room and a dresser in the larger of the two. The main living space was larger than appears on photos which are all accurate as to how this unit looks. You can enjoy the sunrise from this unit and the sunset from the pool area. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider renting here again.

There are a few things that aren't ideal but nothing that had a negative impact on our stay. The road this property is on leads to Arrocito Beach and there's new condo construction taking place in the area. It makes for a reasonably steady stream of vehicles going to the beach, including some large trucks and tractors for the construction sites. However, we never heard the noise from the bedrooms and it wasn't too bad inside the unit. We also spent minimal time in the unit so not a reason for us not to rent here again. The unit has a very private balcony but it does overlook and sit above a general utility/storage area. We would just hang our beach towels over the railing to block that view out. The grounds are lovely but definitely showing some wear with pool tiles coming off and the pools needing a good cleaning. Again though, this didn't stop us from enjoying time by the pool and having a place to cool off. The views from the pool are beautiful and it was peaceful and quiet. No road noise of concern when you're at the pool.

Nice apartment on first floor, located above the office on the left wing, very quiet, the grounds hv pools n other facilities i haven't, the apartment has 2 nice bedrooms each with on-suite, good water flow, comfortable bed and each with A/C. open plan kitchen living space, with view to the ocean at a distance, kitchen had many appliances pots n pans. high ceilings and a large A/C . All up i enjoyed my time, car essential to get around, secured area and car park right in front.

Very well equipped 2 bedroom apartment (beach chairs, umbrella, cooler etc.) in a nice apartment complex. Very friendly staff on site, good pool area and also good internet. Close to two of the best beaches of Huatulco but if you stay there you´d better have a car. Few tv channels as an information for those who bother.
