La struttura è stata allestita per ospitare fino a 10 persone in tutta comodità e offre 4 ampie camere da letto, la principale con bagno privato e un altro bagno. C'è anche un divano letto nel salone. Una cucina versaltile e ampia e ben attrezzata consentirà di preparare facilmente quei pasti cucinati in casa. Attraversa la zona giorno con mobili confortevoli e un tavolo da pranzo per 8 persone. All'esterno tramite una porta direttamente sul patio coperto con un tavolo esterno per quella cena. Il garage con apertura motorizzata della porta è abbastanza grande per 2 auto, tutte le mountain bike e ospita anche la lavatrice. La casa è riscaldata (o raffreddata) con 2 pompe di calore.

The home was very accessible and worked well for our needs. There were plenty of kitchen amenities and the house was well set up. For a large family it worked very well. Couple of small things could potentially be improved but overall great property with good location.

Clear communication and instructions. Property very easy to find. Good location, nice quite neighborhood. Not walking distance to town but is a short drive. Perfect for what we wanted. One of the few properties in price range that had 3+ queen bedrooms so suited our group of adults.

Good comms throughout the booking experience. This property is a good size for families but we found it was perfect for our group of 8 adults who stayed for 3 nights. It has 4 large beds (i.e. no bunks), 2 bathrooms, and 2 heat pumps. It’s on a quiet street, the patio area is fairly private, and it’s pretty close to the nearest shopping centre and activities. The property is very clean, the furniture is comfy, has good appliances, Netflix is available, and they provide quality linens and plenty of towels for your stay. Our group were very comfy and we’d all recommend this property, thanks for sharing your home.

Great house, with plenty of room for two families, in a good location. Nice and warm with two heat pumps. Perfect for our weekend away.

Perfect for a bigger family. Had everything we needed and location is perfect! Only 2mins away from the main road with alot of activities and shops etc. Will definitely book this place for our next family holiday as the house suited us perfectly. Feels like a home away from home! Fully fenced. Cute patio area with bbq area. Dryer may need looking at as it took all day to dry one load but wasn't a biggie as it was nice and hot so was able to hang it out on the line. House lock is perfect, no need to remember to take a house key as it is pin activated. House was 10/10 for us.

Great place for the extended family
We enjoyed staying here as a group with our children and grandkids for 3 nights. The place is spacious, renovated, warm and has very good beds. Very quiet road and close to the attractions. We would be happy to stay again.

Great Location
The house was great location, it was spacious. The owners came over early in the morning several times totally unannounced. Everyone was super friendly but, it is nice to know when they would be coming over. Also, it would be nice to rent the entire house with linens rather than per person per bedroom and rent your linens. We have not had that kind of VRBO experience before and it was confusing with extra hidden costs. The kitchen could be more stocked for longer staying guests. All in all it was a good place to stay. We appreciated the house keeper.

We had a beautiful stay. The house is well equipped and spacious with all we needed for a comfortable stay. Location is perfect, close to many attractions and only a little drive from the town centre. Angela was a great communicator, very caring and genuinely trying to make sure we enjoy our stay. Holiday break
Property is absolutely amazing and accommodated our needs. Great communication with host and having the key good code made life so much easier. Property was easy to find and located in the best area. Cost was on affordable and property was super clean. Highly recommended! Love the house and fell in love with Rotorua- Thank you for having us..🌟�🌟�🌟�🌟�
