We came on family vacation there was 14 of us and we had plenty of room everything was as the pictures described Jackie and Kevin went above and beyond for us with communication we will definitely stay again

It was a beautiful home and the perfect location for our first trip to Disney.Just need a little more maintainence. Price was very good for the size of the house. Thanks.

All of the bedrooms were amazing they were really spaceful.The pool was amazing we all had a really good time and it was an amazing experience.

This stay was my worse stay at vacation homes ever. All The beds were sitting on bricks except the bunkbeds and they weren’t stable either. When I told them that the beds on brick, they said it’s got support with all the traveling the home see, I’m like idgad I paid good morning to sleep comfortably and safe not to sleep on bricks. My first night there the bed broke. Yes I said the bed broke while we was sleeping. Thankfully was hurt and the bad thing is that when I complained about the bed being broke, they didn’t ask was we ok or anything. At check in the Wi-Fi wasn’t working not the tvs. Also there was laundry left in dryer.The outside lightning by the garage wasn’t working, the outside pool light wasn’t working, half the lights didn’t work inside. The house wasn’t throughly cleaned because it was dusty on the furniture, etc. The the furniture is worn down, the tables are worn down. When the maintenance people came to fix the bed they took a pillow that we brought there and shaving cream. I didn’t like the fact that they came into the home while we wasn’t there and I had constantly asked when were they going to come so I can make sure someone would be there. Also when I kept complaining about the issues we were having, they had an attitude. If I could get in touch with the owner which I will because I’m sure the owner doesn’t know about all this. This home need major upgrades new furniture in all rooms because I will not book with this property again ever. Worst stay ever

Please stay away from this property and all properties with same owner and management. This will be a long read but it will save you verbal abuse, crying kids and lost days of your vacation. Upon arrival we found out community canter was torn down. This was not told to us and we were told go use a neighboring area by lying to gate attended about being visitors of a random address. When getting into the house we found the fridge had issues, kitchen sink was leaking and pool was filthy. We asked about poop being cleaned and was told it was done that day. Not using better judgment we let our daughters into the hot tub side and both woke up middle of the night complaining about there skin. They had rashes for two days. We were told to clean the pool with skimmer and that the rashes came from the clothes we brought that are kids always wear. We fished out hair, bandaids, water bottles, coins, screws and there was still lots of sediment. We asked to see a actual account of when the pool was clean and tested and we’re told that’s none of our business it’s clean. They had a pool lady come out to clean and she had to add chemicals and to keep kids out until pool was safe again. Management still denied it was dirty. Also upon arrival we found there was no internet and no tv. We were told we messed it up by resetting it yet we had done nothing but arrive. Then we were told the lawn keepers messed it up. Finally spectrum came out and worked to fix what ever issue was going on but that was not ready until end of day two. While mangament was there we asked how to get stuff working in movie room and were told that we had moved the controller to another room and that’s why it didn’t work. We explained we had done nothing as nothing had worked we had not yet used anything but still were told we lost it and it was not replaced for us to use the movie room. The morning of the second day my wife plunged in her straightener and it was sparking. She looked under sink to find it was not only leaking but that a rotting moldy cabinet had tried to be gunned by a pillow case. The maintenance showed up to fix sink and mold solution was to while it down. That caused the bathroom, bedroom, hallway and next bedroom to all have a hot leg smell and felt unsafe for the kids or anyone. We were told don’t worry it’s fine. Day 3 they came in and covered the rot with another board. Stove was not working and cost us a dinner and We lost a whole day at disney.

Elegant home that supplied space for my huge family to enjoy a Christmas vacation

We were not compensated to any of these inconveniences nor asked for it, except for the gas reimbursement for the propane tank which didn't happen as well. 1. Cleaning was poor. We had to wash our bedding in all the rooms we used before sleeping on it as they were badly stained and maybe not changed since last guests. Hair and fingernail on the top of the comforter, dusty bed side curtain, nerf gun bullets everywhere, dirty and crusted spatulas and ladles, etc. Most were reported to the management the next day after check-in. 2. Beds in all the rooms are noisy and very uncomfortable. When one moves, you'll feel the movement of the entire mattress. We thought it was only the Master bed downstairs until all complained the next day about how uncomfortable and creaky their beds are. 3. Main living room couch and pillows (the brown set) and high dining table and chairs were badly stained, a serious turn off. Owners need to put some TLC on these furniture as they were unsightly. Wear and tear is normal in a rental home, but those furniture are just filthy and displeasing. Maybe invest in some covers so you can wash them, they're still functional. 4. The grill we rented and paid extra was not worth it. It was unclean (we had to clean it) and the tank was very low on gas. We used it on our 3rd day, but didn't know why the grill wasn't working properly. Had to call the numbers listed on our arrival details (which there was no answer after several tries), had to go to VRBO app and check on the number of the Host. We were informed to just get a replacement at Walmart and they'll reimburse us. No one from our group wanted to get it as most were tired from swimming and just wanting to rest. Won't use it the next day so it will be useless to get a new tank. We're not really supposed to get it as it should be full in the first place. We had to use the very low gas and cooked 8pcs small burger patties and brought home the rest of our uncooked to-grill-food with us. Why do we expect to get reimbursed for a tank that we didn't buy? Because the gas tank was useless and we paid extra for a week use of the grill with a full tank. So far, we received nothing and no communication from the management company. 5. This was on the HOA, the rules about getting to the community sucked. 2nd night, we experienced stressful bumper to bumper traffic just to pass the gate. Traffic to get in took us 1hr. 'Was better the next days. Unsure what happened to security.

We were notified on our way to Florida that our house had an issue. Property Manager upgraded to a bigger property that was awesome. Highly recommend the excellent customer service.

Let me start out by saying the property manager, Jackie, is amazing and unbelievably responsive. Overall the house is nice but definitely needs some TLC. If the owner would invest the money to update the furniture, carpet and fixtures and would be an amazing rental. For the time of year we rented the price was good and we got what we expected. Trash service also needs addressed. I would stay here again but not until the owner did some of the needed maintenance.

The house was dirty alot of ants in the rooms on the beds the pool light was broke the pool nets where broke three t.v didn't work . For it too be the price it was I was unhappy with the house and all the problems it had ......

We loved our stay at this property. Lovely house in a great location. It was clean and in a nice neighborhood.

The house was very nice and Kevin always was quick to answer any questions we had. The house had everything we needed and the location was perfect. At the last minute we asked if we could arrive a day earlier and within minutes Kevin had everything in order for us to arrive within a couple hours! Thanks Kevin!

Owner canceled our trip at 12:30 am as we were in Florida. We were stranded without a place to stay with 13 people. We had to get hotel rooms for the night and contact vrbo to get a new rental. With the vrbo NO same day rentals we ended up in hotel for 2 nights. Now I'm dealing with reembeirsments and unnecessary fees. I had heard from the owner 1 week prior, stated that everything was good to go. I received the address but no access code to the property. I even let him know we were not getting in from airport until 1130 pm. In which he said that wasn't a problem
