Pet friendly. Quick response to needing replacement toaster and additional bedding. Comfortable indoor space to unwind and television/wifi.

Outside space - with loss of garden area, no comfortable outdoor space and current area feels very temporary and quickly put together, furniture on gravel area. Need some pot plants etc. Not a place would feel relaxing in.

location, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. We did appreciate that the heaters in the bedrooms had been put on before our arrival so the bedrooms were relatively warm. Good sized rooms. Plenty of extra bedding.

We went in the winter. Hard to heat. Heat pump was too small for the area, curtains were were thin and did not help hold the heat. Oven door hinge was broken and warming drawer was jammed. Flood light to entrance did not seem to be working.

Everything. Great for a family fet together.

No toys books or games had the weather been bad. Also a few of the basics like tea coffee salr and pepper kitchen roll.....things you dont want to have to bring or shop for. Better curtains would lessen the power bill! Other wise good family stay.

Good location plenty of rooms / beds.

The sliding door handle was broken which made opening and shouting it difficult. All over the house was a bit run down. Some one will eventually go through the loose floor board in the lounge if it doesn't get fixed

Property not as depicted in photos. Furniture not as in photos. Outdoor area was filthy. Outdoor garden area shown in photos fenced off - this area was one of the reasons we booked this property.
