Very friendly and thoughtful host. Easy parking. Happy to be pet friendly.
I have stayed at other Bella Vista motels and enjoyed them. This one is a little tired, the hook in the bathroom started to fall out, and very cramped having to sidle around the bed. The room had a queen bed and a single. If the single was taken out, ( not necessary) there would be room to move. The room also felt damp. We realise that No 6 is used for people with dogs, and we are most grateful that we could hv them with us, but it did feel damp. I hope you are ok with these comments. I hv run a B and B and am always grateful for feedback.

We had very pleasant service at Bella Vista Hanmer Springs. When requesting more towels, they were supplied promptly, & they were also able to provide herbal teas when we asked for them.
The toaster wasn't working.

We had an unexpected delay in our arrival and would not be able to make it in time for final check in time. Bella vista were very accommodating and left a light on for us to let ourselves in.

Friendly operators with excellent access to Hamner Springs via short pleasant woodland walk to the town. Very comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend this location to recharge on holiday!

Electric blankets are a great surprise.
Really clean and tidy, would highly recommend!
An iron in the room would be handy.

Great Owner, Funtimes and laughter had by all. Really informative. Short walk to town, but brisk and amazing views of snow capped mountains. Great Time had by us all
