La situation de l’hôtel est vraiment très bien. Les chambres sont propres. Les équipements de plage sont plus confortables que dans les établissements devant lesquels nous sommes passés. Il y a des golfettes électriques pour vous amener aux chambres, qui sont plutôt éloignées de la plage, ce qui fait plaisir aux enfants et aux flemmards.

C’était la haute saison, d’accord. C’est sur une île, c’est plus cher. Mais payer 200€ par chambre laisse penser que l’établissement aurait porté une attention particulière aux détails. Il n’en est rien : l’insonorisation des bungalows est catastrophique. On entend les voisins comme s’ils étaient là. L’eau de la douche se transformait parfois en petit filet d’eau sans prévenir. L’eau ne s’écoulait pas dans le bac de douche et inondait toute la salle de bain. La villa pour 4 n’a qu’une seule salle de bain. Certains transats sur la plage étaient cassés, les matelas pleins de taches de moisi, nous avons même passé une matinée sans serviette de piscine car il n’y en avait plus une seule. Le petit déjeuner était correct mais pas un seul jus de fruit frais et des produits de qualité relative. Lorsqu’on paye 200€ la nuit, tous ces détails agacent franchement. La moitié du prix aurait pu effacer cette impression.

Das Team der Rezeption - 3 Tage kein Internet, Safe funktionierte nicht, klar die Batterie war leer, Terassentürschloss beschädigt…und dazu brachte man uns dann noch zum falschen Pier bei der Rückreise. Erneut Kosten für die Fähre, Bus weg - Mehrkosten von fast 110 Dollar für 2 Personen. Unschönes Ende.

Very nice Resort at a very remote beach. Beautiful place with great pool, amazing beach access with super white sand, beautifully lightened garden and friendly staff. Beds are hard, but we did not experience them as rock hard as some people are writing here. We hope the island stays as it is as a true gemstone for remote relaxation and the deforestation of the island stopps!

Breakfast could be a little bit more diverse / rich in choices. Prices in the restaurant are high (but not completely off) - thus making the restaurant often very empty. Not sure if this is the sweet spot for the hotel.

Pool area was beautiful and very close to the water. Beautiful views. Staff was friendly.

Bed was rockhard, basically like sleeping on a wooden board. My husband and I were so uncomfortable we tried to pad it with an extra blanket and some of the pool towels. We even asked for extra padding which housekeeping accommodated but was still uncomfortable. At first I thought the room mistakenly didnt have a bed and only the lower box but I guess it was actually the bed. The room itself was decent but nothing special. I think this hotel was one of the best on the island but I wouldnt say it was luxurious. Sanloem itself is just very small with not much to do, and not many accommodations so I think this hotel did a good job overall. Everything was fine except the bed.

L’équipe qui s’est démenée pour nous, merci encore! L’hôtel est très propre ainsi que la piscine et la plage, un petit coin de paradis.

La literie est un peu dure mais on s’y fait et le prix du restaurant est élevé comparé à ce qu’il y a aux alentours.
