La casa a 2 piani ha una spaziosa zona giorno open space al piano superiore con vista sul fiume. Goditi una vita interna / esterna facile nei periodi più caldi. Entrambe le camere 1 e 2 sono situate al piano superiore e sono dotate di nuovi letti super king - il master include un bagno privato e accesso al balcone. La camera da letto 3 è al piano di sotto del salotto e comprende anche un nuovo letto super king e la camera da letto 4 è al piano di sotto ed è dotata di 2 letti singoli. Al piano inferiore si trova anche un secondo salone che comprende 2 letti da giorno. Oltre al bagno ci sono altri 2 bagni, 1 al piano superiore e 1 al piano inferiore. Ogni bagno ha una doccia e inoltre un bagno ha una vasca. Per vostra comodità, la biancheria è inclusa nella tariffa di pulizia. Quando non ti rilassi in riva al fiume, il centro di Taupo si trova a breve distanza in auto per cenare o esplorare.

Beautiful home, peaceful and tranquil settings. House and grounds were presented very clean and tidy.

My wife and I stayed here with friends in 2019 and were delighted to return with another couple in March of 2024. The view from the deck is just stunning, the beds comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, the neighborhood quiet, and get this: two washers and two dryers, so no waiting!
Polled the crew and no one could think of any negatives.
As good as any vrbo we've ever rented, and we rent plenty.

Was a great place to stay. Several things had seen better days but all the essentials were there and we had a great time.

The property is in a great location and very roomy however is dated. We were there for the Taupo bike race so were eating out mostly, you would need to bring all staples with you if wanting to eat in, however a nespresso machine with capsules was provided which was appreciated.
But what got our goat the most was an additional charge afterwards for rubbish removal. Apparently this was buried in some T&C's somewhere but I couldn't find it in any online communications we got. No it was not a huge amount but after already paying a significant amount a night plus the compulsory cleaning fee and giving the house a good clean including putting all the rubbish in bins we felt it unnecessary and disingenuous.
We left on a Sunday so obviously not rubbish day and clearly we didn't want to travel 4 hours with bags of rubbish or worse dump it on the side of the road. In future we'll be booking a hotel.

The place was well located but it would be an improvement if the cleaning fees included the removal of rubbish. This was a hassle that detracted from the experience

Family reunion
The house was gorgeous and large. The outdoor area was very nice. Unfortunately there were no toiletries or flanettes, or bathmats provided. And the bathrooms could have been cleaner. We were told we had to take all our rubbish away with us after having paid a hefty cleaning fee and a very large booking fee. Not very fair.

Luxurious Stay
This was such a wonderful place to spend the weekend. Spacious, modern, close to town, and a picturesque view, from the balcony, of the Waikato River. A large property going right down to the river makes for a nice evening stroll. 😀 A very enjoyable stay. Thank you.

School Reunion Catch up
We were a small group of old friends (5) wanting to have a catch up weekend. The house was great as it allowed us to spend a lot of time together and having a kitchen could have the option to prepare simple meals. Location was great, handy to town. I was surprised how quiet the house was, very peaceful at night.
We loved being able to wander down to the river and have a swim. We also had stand up paddle boards so it was perfect to launch from the property and SUP into the marina and get a coffee! (Sip coffee cart is excellent)

A great place to stay in Taupo
Five adults enjoyed the weekend in this large comfortable property. We were close to town and the proximity to the water and marina views were also greatly appreciated. Rubbish bags, teatowels and entering/ exiting through the automatic gates before they close are the only things that we could advise prospective guests to be aware of when booking this property!

We stayed for a break fishing in the lake, in between the times we were attending an online conference.Both worked well. House was very comfortable. Internet was consistent, fast and able to cope with multiple devices connecting for simultaneous uploading and downloading.I would definitely book this place again.

We absolutely loved staying at this property. It was the perfect place for my family and I to celebrate a special occasion. We were close to the marina, shops, town and the outstanding restaurants and activities Taupo has to offer. We really enjoyed our week here, the outlook from the deck is fabulous with views up the river to the lake. We spent a lot of time relaxing, sitting on the deck with a beer!The house is very spacious and accommodated our group easily with all of us having our own space. Taupo Accommodation
Large house which accommodates a couple of families easily. Plenty of couches and tables to have your own space. On the river's edge so care must be taken with children. Internet connection was not particularly stable.

Great spot for a family getaway
This was a great property for two families to enjoy a few days together in Taupo. Close to town and lots of attractions, there was also plenty of space for us to hunker down inside when it was wet outside.
