Did not eat breakfast and the location was good for the reason that we were there
The coffee pot didn’t work the bed wasn’t that comfortable The showerhead was terrible needed to be updated. Water was going all in the floor. Had to use extra towels to clean the floor up in between showers and we were there for shopping not vacation and we were charged resort prices for a one night stay in a motel overpriced

I always bring my own cleaning supplies for the lazy ppl. IF I DIDN'T have to use them I'd say this place was superb* BUT I used it, in BOTH ROOMS bathroom..soap scum on tubs,cleaned nooks that connected toilet seat, n wat i wiped off under my mirror in bathroom resembled blood I'm just calling out the examples because I'm sure I'm not the only person who EXAMINES EVERYTHING when traveling away frm the comfort of home.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, right in the middle of everything. The hotel was extremely nice and clean and had everything that was needed for our stay.
If I have a complaint, it would have to be the breakfast sausages and the orange juice. Everyone that was at breakfast that particular morning complained about how salty the sausages were and the orange juice tasting "strange". Please fix this ASAP!

The hotel was clean, people friendly, safe, and great breakfast. We went to Biloxi twice and the first hotel was awful. This was the Joel we stayed at the second time. I would stay there again in a minute.

It was perfect for our needs. Walking distance to restaurants and Hard Rock Casino. Very clean and neat. Has coffee maker, fridge and microwave which were all in good working order. Hot breakfast was really good. Would definitely stay again.

I booked on the site for a room advertised with a jet tub but when I got to the room it was a small basic tub and staff refused to fix the accommodation due to using a booking site. Poor customer service and attitude

Breakfast was great every morning, and the location was perfect.
We had no internet in the room and the front desk was very unhelpful. We were given a phone number to call that could not resolve the problem. We went back to the desk again, and they couldn’t have cared less.
We had the room cleaned and they didn’t give us towels, twice!
My deceased husband owned and operated a Best Western hotel in Florida for 20 years, and he would have been very shocked at the total lack of interest in the hotel staff!

The breakfast was good. Great location, walking distance of restaurants, bars, and casinos. Staff was very pleasant.
The check in area had a bad odor. The bed wasn't very comfortable, pillows were flat, room was dated.

Very clean and smells good. They must have addressed most issues or complaints because I was pleasantly surprised. No mold, really clean room, love the balcony, love the gardens in the parking lot. Pool looked great. Breakfast was good, too.

Close to attractions and staff were timely with attending to our needs. More towels were sent to my room before I requested them. Breakfast was great. Check in and check out were smooth.
It was little hard to access depending on the direction you were coming from since it’s located right by a red light.

Great location. Super close to the beach, casinos, and all sorts of restaurants.
I was unable to connect to the Wifi on my phone or computer. Unfortunately, I had some work to attend to and could not do it from the hotel. I had to go to a coffee shop to deal with it. The AC also seemed extremely cold. Even at 72 degrees, it was frigid.
