This was our second year staying in the same unit and had an amazing time! The check in and check out process was so easy. The house had everything we needed and was close to the beach. It was clean and had plenty of room for a family of 10. The golf cart was so helpful when lugging stuff back and forth to the beach. We will be coming back next year no doubt!

It’s is a very nice unit with plenty of room for a big group to spread out and also be together. Nice shared pool that was never crowded. Beach is about a two block walk that was a bit much if varying beach essentials so we normally drove and parking at public access was easy.

Me and my family of 11 had a wonderful stay for 5 days and 6 nights the rental property was super nice had everything you would need just like home was so sad to leave. My only down fall would have been the grill was on the 1st floor off of one of the bedrooms it would have been nice if it were more convenient than having to go through a bedroom

Great stay! Perfect for families of married, adult children or couples w kids. ( you’ll need childproof gates for the stairs if you have toddlers) It’s a quick drive to the beach or you can even walk. We did both. The pool is a couple of units away. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal preparations. I would definitely, stay here again.

The place was very nice an big, has lotts of space. We loved the place, there were only two issues that we had, the washers smelt aweful so much so that alot of family wouldnt use them, an we never could get cable to work on tvs in several rooms, now we did talk with management an they did respond an sent tech out to work with the tvs but just has no luck, they would work fir abit tgen loose signal, but we really wasnt there for tv anyway so we dealt with it. Again the place was very nice an in great location.

This property was perfect for our 4 families. We enjoyed the patios, barbecue grill, pool, corn hole games, and short walk to the beach. The home is spacious, clean, and accommodating! We had an exceptional stay, and we are looking forward to booking this property again in the future!

the home was clean, roomy and beautifully decorated. plenty of sleeping space for our group of 14 people. the beach is just a short walk away. would certainly rent this space again.

Stayed at the property with 10 total people and 4 separate family units and this spot gave us plenty of room to spread out, but also come together for meals and game night.
Walk to the beach is short and the neighborhood seemed quiet and safe.
Had some maintenance issues with a shower during our stay and the owners were incredibly responsive, fixing the problem in less than an hour or so.
Overall, great spot and we’d be happy to recommend it!

We had 10 adults and 4 kids and fit perfectly. The kitchen and dining area were great for us to all eat together. The walk to the beach was easy even for the little ones especially with the wagon and beach stuff in the garage for us to enjoy. Beautiful home and wonderful place to get away with our family.

This house was great for our family of 10. The kitchen and living room area was large enough for all of us to sit and hang out! The bunk bed room was perfect for the kids. The beach toys, wagon and pool floats were helpful to have. We also rented the golf cart which helped with dragging stuff to the beach and also taking short trips to the beach at night or picking up something from a local store. We would definitely stay here again!

Place sleeps 12-14 3 floors, very clean and roomy....couple blocks from beach. My only suggestion is: There were only 2 dishwasher tabs, no extra TP, 1 roll paper towels, and 3 garbage bags. With this many people, it would be very helpful to have more.

Absolutely gorgeous and spacious home for a large gathering! It’s only a short walk to the beach so the location is great ~ the bedrooms are beautiful and comfortable and the living space (kitchen/LR/DR) are open and perfect for a large gathering along with comfortable seating. Decor is beautiful and we had the perfect stay for our birthday celebration!

Our family of 10 gathered here for the week and had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and we appreciated that families before us had left beach and pool toys. Loved having two sets of washer and dryers. Plenty of room for our whole gang to relax after a long day at the beach. The kids especially loved the bunk bed room to lounge in.

We had a wonderful vacation at this property! We had 10 adults & 2 kids and had plenty of room to spread out. Short, easy walk to the beach. Tons of beach toys & chairs in the garage along with 4 bikes & a beach wagon. If I would've known I could've saved myself some space in my luggage! The home was clean, wonderfully decorated & had everything our family needed.

Able to accommodate our multi-family group comfortably. Originally advertised as having a 6 person golf cart. The golf cart was there but was unavailable for use during our stay. 2 of the 4 bikes were not functional. The upstairs air conditioning unit didn’t seem to working effectively. Otherwise, a nicely furnished space for a multi-family vacation.

Fantastic House for a Large Group
Absolutely zero complaints about this condo! The only thing we could say wasn't perfect was the size of the pool, mainly because we were there 4th of July weekend and it was packed. But after the rush, we had no problems.
The couch is SUPER comfy and sits so many. The large dining room table allowed our group to eat together. The open floor plan let us all be together while having our separate bedrooms for privacy and quiet. And that master bath... wow.

We loved the house, it is beautiful and a short walk to the beach in a nice neighborhood! The master bathroom was fantastic! We loved that it had beach necessities! The downstairs shower and washing machine weren’t as clean as expected but nothing bad at all. Overall it’s a great house and we enjoyed it!

Me and my brothers and our families decided to take our mother to me to Miramar for her 70 of birthday The house was beautiful the rooms were spacious and clean and we also enjoyed that it was very close To the beach and restaurants and restaurants it was a wonderful Stay.I would highly recommend this place

Family beach vavayion
Everything was as expected. We only had one minor problem the ice maker had a leak and we only figured out the problem the last night. We had to go out and buy ice. Plenty of beach stuff I shouldn’t have brought mine. Nice property snd close walk to beach.

Everything was perfect except the maintenance staff and we did not consistently have hot water.
Experience would have been perfect. However for about 3 nights we had no hot water.

Excellent rental for large group
We rented this townhouse for our Spring Break vacation for 3 families, a total of 10 people. The rental is EXACTLY as pictured online. It is a couple of blocks to walk to the beach, but it’s an easy 5 minute walk. The house is large. Everyone had enough space and privacy, but the kitchen and living area are large enough that we were able to host dinner and cards with 2 other families that had their own rental. Our kids loved the bunk room. That was their private “cave” and they just loved being in there together. The master bathroom is AMAZING. It was really nice that we had 2 washer/dryer sets, especially with 6 boys in the house. Also, the garage was outfitted very well. We rented the 6 person golf cart. There are beach toys, pool toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, corn hole, and 4 bikes. A couple of things that might be notable for other people. The balcony space is TINY. There’s not really any space to sit on the balconies to enjoy the mornings or evenings. Enough room for 1, maybe 2 people, but not comfortably. Also, for anyone that has difficulty with stairs, this house has a lot of stairs because it is 3 stories. Overall, this house was a wonderful place for our spring break vacation and we will definitely book again!!

The property was as pictured. Just an FYI the master bedroom is on the third floor, we were under the impression it was on the first floor but nonetheless, it was beautiful. We had two small issues which involved the oven not working and the grill but I called the office and they fixed it immediately. Check in was smooth and we got the information a hour before check-in. This place was fully stocked with utensils pots and pans etc. The pool was literally feet away but it was about a three Block walk to the beach which still wasn’t to bad. Although the place itself was beautiful and clean the surrounding area didn’t look all that great but we felt really safe. We would definitely come back! Lots of shopping areas and outlets and places to eat and bar hop as well. We were a family of 10 with two young children and couldn’t have asked for more. You guys nailed it!
