The apartment was a nice size with balcony, and views of the ocean.
The pool was amazing, water was warm and there were plenty of lounge chairs to relax in. Short easy walk to the beach. We had a great time. There was food and coffee close by.

We were in town because my teenage son was attending a conference at a nearby hotel. The check in was easy, but there were some hidden costs - an additional $30 for 2 key fobs to access amenities. No self parking allowed, valet was charged up front $10/day. We stayed for 7 nights. So we paid an additional $100 before we stepped foot inside the unit. The location of the condo and neighborhood was great. I felt comfortable walking to my son's hotel for activities. The proximity to the beach as well as the view were both great. However, the condo could use major updates. The kitchen and both bathrooms need to be remodeled. The furniture needs to be replaced. Our friends stayed on the property as well in another condo for basically the same price, (I actually helped her book it) and her condo was extremely nice, with granite counter tops, beautiful cabinets and large updated furniture. This is why I have to rate this property with only 3 stars. I have stayed in many VRBOs so I truly believe in being honest in my reviews and I hope others are honest as well because I read them before I book them. I hope mine was helpful!

My husband, 2 older teen boys, and I, had a wonderful time at Betty’s place! The rooms are spacious & immaculate. We were in town for a family wedding, and the place had everything we needed for a great stay. Beautiful floors, relaxing sofa, lovely pool & beach. With the stunning view, we truly enjoyed our morning coffee and delicious empanadas (from the local Argentinian place across the street). We recommend this VRBO, and hope to be back soon!

As advertised, great location, superb views, excellent beach. Apartment is sterile white with all the bare necessities. Very clean. Needed a few maintenance touches-bathrooms showers leak, guest bathroom door handles doesn’t turn easily from inside, slider blind chain doesn’t work well, so minor but important. You will not get the entry code until exactly check in time. Enjoyable but would probably not stay again.

Best girls' trip. Plenty of room for 6 women. Had a few mishaps and management was wonderful. Helped us get with a late check-in and when we locked the wrong lock.

Thanksgiving on the beach
Great time with hubby, 3 kids (8, 6, and 2), and my Dad! The girls spent the entire time playing in the pool or on the beach and didn't want to leave. Perfect place to accommodate our 2-day beach escape.

Great time!!
First time booking on VRBO and couldn’t have asked for a better Host. She responded right away to all my questions before our trip. Her place was beautiful. The view from the balcony was AMAZING! Could have sat out there all day! She provided towels and beach chairs which was awesome considering we flew in and couldn’t bring our own. Overall great stay and would definitely stay again.

Great stay!
We visited Florida with our three children (13, 20, and 22) and beagle for a family vacation. Our stay was wonderful!! The view was breathtaking! This rental is as described and very convenient.
Positives:

Plenty of towels
Beach supplies
Comfortable supplies for home (kitchen supplies. hairdryer, iron, soap, etc)
Questions were answered via text promptly
Negatives (petty, but included just so you know I am being fair):
Cable TV box was not working, so owner called company and had it replaced
Floors are tile so sandy and slippery when wet. We placed a towel next to the beds to wipe our feet before getting in.
We would ABSOLUTELY recommend!!!!

Beautiful Beach View
We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location for us because it was right on the beach and also close to fun restaurants.
The property manager, Betty, was very quick to respond and helpful with all the questions we had.
The only negatives were that an elevator in the building wasn't working so there was a bit of a wait to get to and from your room, and the apartment could use some TLC (worn, dirty/ dusty-looking ceiling, awkward tile patch job in shower, old stained pillows). None of this would stop us from staying again, but they are things that could be fixed to make the stay even more enjoyable.

My family loved our few days here. Betty the property manager was awesome and responded quickly to any question I had during my stay. The condo had a beautiful view and it was very clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone that is thinking about renting it.

Excellent place
We spent 5 days to basically enjoy the beach and it was perfect. Kids loved the pool and the game room. The location is great, we were steps from the beach and Walmart is just a short walk away. We took an uber one day to watch a movie at Aventura mall (10min away). Overall it's great for a beach vacation

Girls trip
If I could give Betty 10 stars I would. She responded within minutes of every question and was so helpful. Place is just as advertised and pictures are current. It is very roomy It was so nice and helpful to have beach chairs and beach towels. The walk to the beach is short and our doorman was our personal photographer every night when we went to dinner.

Exactly as shown
We had a wonderful week in Betty's property. First of all, Betty is AMAZING to work with, she is very prompt with communication. The condo looks exactly as the pictures show, and the it was clean. There are extra towels and bedding. The view is fantastic as well. For a family it's a good location, for our young adult children there was probably not quite enough for them to do within walking distance, but that is no one's fault but our own for not knowing the area. Miami Beach/Miami was about a 45 minute drive. We would definitely return.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Betty’s Condo. She was great at communicating check in instructions. The condo is in a great location and so close to the beach. I highly recommend checking out the taco spot if you stay here, it’s only two miles down the road and so delicious. This place was very tidy and clean. She even left us cookies!! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation close to the beach.

Nice view, very roomy place.
The pictures in the listing are representative. We enjoyed the balcony view and spent quite a bit of time there. It was a bit noisy on the balcony, but come on, it's Miami Beach on spring break. Inside was quiet and we slept well. Mattresses are a very subjective thing but we found these very comfortable. I would stay here again.

We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed the place and area very much! It was centrally locates between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. The place was neat and clean. Betty was awesome to communicate with she responded to any questions we had ver quickly. I would stay here again if I was in the area. The view from the room was amazing 😊�.

Great vacation spot, right on the beach! I love walking the beach, so this was a perfect location for me. Property was clean and roomy, and our hostess was very welcoming. Thank you for having beach towels and chairs for us to use, and for providing coffee too!
