Questa è una meravigliosa, nuova, 2 camere matrimoniali, 2 bagni (uno privato) nel cuore della zona 1 di Londra a Waterloo. È una base perfetta se venite a Londra per lavoro o piacere con ottimi collegamenti di trasporto.
A soli 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Waterloo per le linee ferroviarie principali, Jubilee, Northern e Bakerloo o 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Southwark per la linea Jubilee. Inoltre, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla Tate Modern, a 15 minuti a piedi dal Borough Market ea 20 minuti a piedi dal London Eye.

After another booking got cancelled a day before our holiday, we found this apartment last-minute. The host (Hannah) was very forthcoming, which put us at ease. Early check-in and late check-out appeared possible, which made for an over-all relaxing holiday.
The location of the apartment is great, a few minutes walking to the restaurants at the Cut and Waterloo or Southwark underground. Borough market, Tower Bridge and the London Eye are within easy walking distance.
The apartment itself is very comfortable, modern and well equipped. The balcony on the inner courtyard is very relaxing.
We will definitely consider it again, should we visit London in the future.

Beautiful flat on the south bank just 4 blocks from a train station. Well appointed, beautiful balcony, comfortable beds (queens), and lovely hotel-like bathrooms! We will be back!

Enjoyed our stay. Apartment is very convenient to both Southwark and Waterloo stations. Walking distance to good local restaurants.
Hannah was easy to communicate with prior to our trip, and it was great to be met by the housekeeper for a very thorough introduction to the apartment.

This London flat was the perfect find for our family, in a great location, very clean, spacious, and equipped with anything you can think of would be needed to feel at home. The unit is conveniently located in walking distance from several markets as well as the tube station, which we used daily. Our host Hannah was amazing, promptly addressed our communications since day 1 of reserving the unit, accommodated checkin to align with our travels, and provided transportation & food recommendations that were a hit! She even helped and followed up in connecting us with tickets to a highly sought after sporting event that we would have otherwise never gotten to experience. We'll definitely request to stay at this property again if we get to visit London in the future. Thank you Hannah, we had the best time, and recommend you and your property wholeheartedly!

Our family throughly enjoyed our stay at Hannah’s apartment. It was close to all public transport making getting around London very easy. The local shops/restaurants were close by. The apartment itself was of a 5 star standard. We appreciated the kitchen being well stocked. Hannah was able to help out quickly with any queries we had.

Hanna’s apartment was actually better than the pictures present. It was clean, in a great location near 3 tube stations, close to Sainsbury’s, cafe's, food markets and shops. Even better was the fact it had 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms. Hannah was very helpful and quick to respond to any messages.
I was there with my business partner and we will definitely try to stay again whenever we come back to London.

Lovely flat near Waterloo. Clean and well appointed. Communication with owner was great. Close walk to 3 different tube stops makes it easy to get anywhere. Options for dining close by were fine. Would stay again if ever back in London.

We picked this apartment because it was in a quieter area but still close enough to walk or quickly reach an Underground station. The apartment was exactly like the pictures and perfect for our group of four. We especially appreciated the comfortable couches and spacious living area. The patio was a nice feature. There is a grocery within a few minutes walk as well as two coffee shops. Hannah was very responsive and assisted with airport transportation recommendations. We loved our stay and would definitely book this apartment again.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay! Easy & friendly check-in process. We loved the small street you entered the flat from. It was so cozy and made for great photos! Location was convenient and we walked a couple days and took taxis the others. Bathrooms & Kitchen have been renovated beautifully. Right around the corner is Flat Iron Grill which was fabulous! We enjoyed that the location was convenient, but yet not too busy when you return “home”. Would stay again.

The flat is well appointed. Two great bathrooms one with an excellent shower. The two bedrooms are organized well and have plenty of closet space. The property manager, Hannah, is exceptional! and Eva was enormously helpful and professional at checkin. It is also a very secure place that opens onto a wonderful courtyard view. We loved it!

Hannah was an excelent host, communication was always easy with quick responses. Did not expect such a lovely court yard. Apartment was close to transpotation hubs and the main area in London.
Would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone whowants to be within walking distance of the main sights in London.

We stayed here for 4 nights when picking up our 19-year old daughter who was finishing a summer abroad program. The flat is as-advertising, warm and inviting and a good size for the three of us. We really enjoyed the location just steps away from morning coffee runs to Pret or Costa, and so close to the Southward tube station and the Jubilee line and all of London. And yet such a quiet and serene way to start and end the day on the balcony over the private courtyard.
Hannah was very accommodating as well with our check-in and check-out times, and recommending a car service to Heathrow. Thank you!

Apartment is modern, spacious and clean. Close to local shops, restaurants, sight seeing locations, points of interest and subway station. We loved staying there and we were very comfortable for a family of 4. Hannah, the host, was very welcoming and attentive to our needs.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is clean. Plenty of room for a family of 4. It felt very safe and is in a nice area. Hannah and Eva were helpful and informative. The tube is easily accessible, putting all of London within your reach. A couple of nice pubs near by. The Cut has lots of restaurants to choose from. There are groceries near by if you want to eat in (you won't). I recommend this property without reservation.

Really enjoyed the flat. Check in was timely and easy. Was very comfortable and well equipped for a family of 3 on their son's high school graduation trip. Enjoyed being close to many restaurants and transportation options PLUS was within walking distance of all of Central London attractions. Would definately book again.

This is an extremely well-appointed property and, unlike some other vacation rentals we’ve had, there are plenty of the little things you need for your stay: dishwasher tabs, laundry pods, soap etc etc.
It’s just like the pictures. The balcony was great for us with the weather we had. We also cooked and everything was there for that too.
We enjoyed the very comfortable flat, the location and general quietness of this little street behind The Cut.
Would definitely return.

The flat is just as described. Great location. Spacious. Quiet neighborhood but walking distance to two tube stations, restaurants and pubs, and popular tourist attractions. The outside space was lovely and it was nice having the conveniences of home. Highly recommend.

This apartment was wonderful. Brilliant sunshine in the morning through the kitchen and living area. The apartment was much larger than anticipated with both bedrooms a good size. Bathrooms were well appointed with great facilities. The local area was great and easy access to both Waterloo and Southwark stations, as well as good food shops, cafes etc. Wonderful to be able to walk across so many bridges over the Thames. Excellent contact with owner/agent too. Looking forward to returning.

The flat is located in the heart of central London, close to all the sights and close to all the public transportation!!! The owner, Hannah, is very quick to replay to any needs.

It's a true 2-bedroom, 2 bath and the location is great, near a Sainsbury's and the pubs, restaurants and theaters on The Cut. Jubilee Line is a few minutes' walk, and Waterloo Station not too far either. Very bright, airy apartment in a newish building complex.

We walked home from the theatre district. We bought fresh food at the market and walked home. We used both local pubs, very friendly, and enjoyed restaurants on the Cut, a pedestrian only street.

Hannah, the property manager met me and showed me all the amenities of the flat. Its really all straight forward. There is internet and and Wi Fi with good speed. The property is clean and modern. The bedrooms are good size with plenty of storage for your things. The living room/dining room is pretty big, enough for 2 fully couches and a dining room table for 6. The flat is very clean and quiet. The bedrooms do face the street, but the street is only a block long, so not much traffic. Each room has its own thermostat so you can control the temperature in each room. All except the kitchen. It does get a bit cold in the kitchen as there is a patio glass door and windows along the length of the kitchen. So you do feel the cold coming from the glass. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a shower stall and the other bathroom has a tub. However, its a typical British tub so its really difficult to get in and out of the tub as its really high. So its best to just use the ensuite shower. There is a washer but no dryer so you will have to hang the cloths on a drying rack. I just put the rack in the second bathroom and it dried the cloths within 4-5 hours. What I did was wash my cloths when I first wake up, hang the cloths in the bathroom and then go about my site seeing. When I got back, the cloths were dry.
This property is located in a great location. There is a Pret Manger and Sainsbury at the end of the block, so a couple of minutes away. (Waterloo train station also has several grocery stores, a Boots and plenty of restaurants.) Basically, you are within 30 minutes of most of the major sites of London.
Really, you can't find a much better place to stay. So if you're looking for a reasonably price flat within walking distance of major attractions, you can't go wrong rent this flat. I stayed for 3 weeks at the flat and was really happy. I will defiantly rent this flat again.

London -March 2020
My wife and I have 2 children ( 1 in college and one going off to college this summer ). With overlapping spring breaks we were splitting our time between London and Barcelona so we had a very tight window of time. The first flat we rented from Hannah unfortunately was flooded by the flat above 2 weeks before we arrived. Hannah alerted me on a Sunday morning and quickly was able to offer me this flat. We throughly enjoyed our stay and were set to depart for Barcelona when COVID-19 effectively closed Spain. Again Hannah was there for us and offered to do what she could seeing as though we were now stranded in London. What does this have to do with the flat - nothing - you can see from the photos it is a very well appointed flat. To me it was how Hannah treated us in adverse times that made the difference.

Wonderful location and fantastic host
Hannah was very communicative before we got into town. Alex was waiting for us when we arrived and the apartment was lovely! Hannah left a list of recommended restaurants in the area which were all a hit! Very close to Waterloo and Southwark stations and easy to walk anywhere else. Would definitely recommend!
