Completely Renovated, Secluded Lake View Condo in Sea Colony!
Il nostro splendido condominio completamente rinnovato è perfetto per famiglie con bambini di tutte le età! Cammina a 20 metri dal nostro bellissimo portico avvolgente per tutte le stagioni (con Tiki Bar refrigerato) e goditi una spettacolare pesca sul Lago Heron! Il nostro appartamento con 3 camere da letto può ospitare comodamente 12 con 7 posti letto. Siamo a pochi passi dal centro acquatico e fitness, parco giochi, sentieri e la famigerata navetta del tram Sea Colonies per la nostra spiaggia privata di 1,5 miglia.
Disponiamo di nuovissimi pavimenti ingegnerizzati a listoni larghi in tutto il condominio e magnifici nuovi elettrodomestici da cucina, illuminazione e mobili. Le nostre lussuose persiane di piantagioni aprono la vista sul paesaggio di Lake Heron e Sea Colony West. 12 splendide piscine sono raggiungibili in tram o a pochi passi dal condominio per il tuo divertimento. La nostra camera da letto principale ha un letto king size con una splendida vista sul Lago Heron, insieme a un bagno recentemente rinnovato con pavimento riscaldato e doccia multigetto per massaggi corpo. La nostra seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale con un nuovissimo soppalco gemello. La camera da letto n. 3 ha un nuovissimo letto a castello con 2 materassi pieni e 1 doppio estraibile. Il nostro splendido divano del soggiorno ha anche un letto matrimoniale estraibile.
La parte più spettacolare del nostro condominio è il favoloso avvolgimento per tutte le stagioni intorno al portico che osserva il Lago Heron! Inoltre, l'ampio prato tra noi e l'acqua offre molto spazio per una varietà di feste all'aperto! Sul nostro ponte o patio, puoi goderti la pace e la tranquillità, o girare l'angolo della nostra veranda e deliziarti con le feste del nostro tiki-bar!

We had a lovely stay here! We’ve been coming to sea colony (parents owned for many years) for over 25 years now. This unit was great; very comfortable, great decor, fun tiki bar on the 4 season porch and being right on the lake with some grass to play cornhole was perfect! Communication was super easy and would love to stay here again. Thanks for a great spring break for our family!

This is the most gorgeous property that we have stayed at in our 18 years vacationing in Sea Colony! So secluded and cozy. Beautiful views of the lake and fantastic screened in porch. The little ones in our group loved sitting at the tiki bar and were fascinated by the loft bunk in the 2nd bedroom. Linda was prompt in communicating with us when necessary and so accommodating! Definitely will be staying again 😊

Overall we had a great beach vacation in this very lovely home. The room with the double bunk beds was much smaller than we expected. Although there is room for four or five people to sleep, there is not actually enough space for the luggage for those people. Also, the small bed above the queen bed would be better off not there. It's not actually a place that you would have someone sleep and it simply creates a head-bumper for the individuals in the queen bed below. The home was in perfect condition, both clean and nicely decorated. Our cleaning person forgot to leave any full rolls of toilet paper in the master bath (just two partial rolls from previous guests) and only a few sheets of paper towels on the roll in the kitchen. There were no back ups for these paper products, so we went shopping to purchase replacements. We would also suggest having the clean sheets placed on the beds before they are all made up. It would save each person from having to unmake all the beds to replace linens upon arrival. We suggest checking out some of the appliances. Our stove did not work, so some of our planned meals were a bit challenging to prepare. A handyman was sent to repair it, but was unable to fix it during our stay. The dryer was very slow. There were no laundry pods for us to wash towels, but the handyman was able to get some for us. The owner and handyman were both very nice and helpful, but it might be time to update the appliances for this beautiful home.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience we had at Lakeshore Court in Sea Colony! Not only was the condo immaculate as far as cleanliness, it had such an inviting & warm feel to it—a perfect place for our family to reconnect & make memories. Our host Linda was amazing & warmly communicated all the necessary details needed for a successful experience. The BEST condo that we’ve stayed in & are sure to be repeat visitors. Thank you for sharing your beautiful Sea Colony getaway with us!!!

This is was our 3rd year at this location and Linda remains incredibly responsive. We love the the comfort of this rental, and the screened-in porch is probably my favorite spot. This year, due to the rain, we tried out the indoor pool nearby and it was great. Bring your fishing rods for fishing right outside on the pier!

We had a wonderful stay in Sea Colony in the days between Christmas and New Years. The place is perfect -- plenty of space for a small or large family with three bedrooms, a living area, plus the amazing outdoor porch which we were able to use with a space heater. You really just need to pack your clothes as everything you'd need is provided. We were surprised by how much was open in Bethany during this period -- there were plenty of restaurants open and the weather was perfect for exploring the beautiful grounds of Sea Colony. My kids really enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool which is just steps away from the condo. This is definitely a 5-star rental! We hope to return during the summer to take advantage of all of the outdoor pools as well.

Linda’s home is so clean and well kept. There’s plenty of space and the amenities are A+!! Loved the location within the sea colony development as well. We are absolutely going to return!

The host was absolutely amazing and was easy to reach throughout our stay. We definitely hope to be back next year if we can! The location is great and fairly close to the beach. The house is cute, and we enjoyed spending time on the enclosed porch.

We absolutely loved the condo! We had 4 adults, a baby, and a 4 year old and we all felt like we had plenty of bedrooms and space. The place felt like a home away from home with comfortable beds,furniture, and beach decor. We spent lots of time on the screened porch playing games. We loved Sea Colony's private beach, pools, splash pad, playgrounds, and walking paths. And we made use of the condo's beach chairs. It was super relaxing hanging out at home or at the beach. We also loved the weather in September and coming during the off season. We still had plenty of amenities available with our guest passes, the ocean was warm, and we didn't have to try too hard to find parking along the boardwalk. All in all, we had a lovely first time experience at Bethany Beach and we would totally come back to Linda's place again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Sea Colony. It’s a tight space for 2 adults, 1 tween and and 2 teenagers.. Would definately come again for a weekend getaway with my husband or a friend.

While the unit was clean and cute (the Tiki bar) it was very dreary…not enough light throughout the unit…..especially the living room area. Too many Nicknacks around also. Master bedroom and bath were the best rooms 2nd bath needs to be updated especially shower head and shower liner. No toaster just a toaster oven that we needed to clean before using. 2nd bedroom said a queen size mattress but it was a full not a queen the overhead bunk bed was ridiculous if you weren’t careful you’d bang your head getting out of bed! There was a regular big bulky ladder in the closet to use to get up their and a fan that was so close to your head I was afraid to put on. Was told there was a BBQ but was filthy and no gas tank so no you couldn’t use the BBQ. The unit was definitely secluded as stated. The view of the lake was non existent due to overgrown bushes. While we made the best of it we will not be staying there again!

Linda was the host with the most! The condo is completely updated and decorated beautifully, probably one of the nicest in Sea Colony. Much better experience renting through VRBO compared to Vacasa.

The property was perfect for the five of us. It was very comfortable and had enough space that we were not always in the same room. The screened-in deck with tv was great! We loved being so close to the new pool and the tram was such an easy way to go to the beach. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Truly, they thought of EVERYTHING to make a guest feel welcome. One big bonus for us: all linens, towels, and beach gear was supplied to use during our stay!
When staying in sea colony, your guest pass includes tram/bus rides from 9am-9pm. The tram stop was right at the condo and was easy to understand and made the trips to the beach fun and easy! You should never get bored during your stay, there are tons of activities daily and lots of pools/ recreation to choose from!
You will not be sorry! The view off the patio is breathtaking! I took some family pics of us in this condo, and our friends are asking us for more info!!!!!!

Third time is still a charm
This was our third year staying at this lovely, relaxing property. It is perfect for our family needs, green space outside, and fishing right on the dock for our boys. Linda is responsive and accommodating.
We've already booked for next year and are so happy this little charming spot is part of our family tradition.

Shore Trip 2022
Our shore trip of 2022 was wonderful. We loved our rental! Sea Colony is a beautiful resort and we look forward to returning next summer. I was very pleased with VRBO as well! The VRBO app was very easy to use, organized, and convenient.

Our family has stayed in Sea colony three times and this was by far the nicest property we have stayed at. We had the most relaxing time in this delightfully decorated and well-appointed condo. The tranquil setting by the lake was so perfect! And, Linda, the condo owner couldn't have been any nicer, and she was most responsive and helpful with answering our questions.
