Great floor plan and each bedroom had its own bathroom. No bathtubs but was not needed for us. Pool and hot tub were awesome and the Buck Hunter game was a blast!

The view was perfect! The cabin was perfect everyone loved it from the kids to the adults. The indoor pool was nice for the kids in the evening and the view from the hot tub was perfect for the adults. We had a bear come up to the deck and play around. Highly highly recommend!

Beautiful house with wonderful views of the mountains. Spacious. Super soft beds and plenty of pillows and linen. Connectivity was spotty, not sure if anything can be done about that.

This house was very well stocked with everything we could possibly want! The grandkids loved the pool the adults loved the hot tub. The house was spacious enough for our family of 17, Communication with the management was the best I have ever experienced x in all my years of renting! We all loved it, I would definitely stay here again!

This was our first family trip of all 21 of us! With ages ranging from 1 all the way up to 60, this property was just perfect for our family! With the pool and theatre room plus all the space, everyone had the extra room to move around! The property owners were responsive when we needed anything also! Definitely will recommend!!

Had an amazing stay at this property! Host was amazing and prompt. Check in was very simple and on time. The cabin itself was clean with all amenities intact. We seen all types of wild life while sitting on the deck. And yes.....we saw several bears that stopped and played below the deck!

This property was everything promised and more! Had a great time. Close to main drag of Pigeon Forge and all the attractions! Only thing I can say was a downfall is the water pressure in the showers was not the greatest but we managed! Property Manger was fantastic! Thank you! We will be coming back for sure!

We stayed here for a volleyball tournament and it was the perfect home for all of our coaches. The only complaint we had is that we couldn’t stay longer. Book this home for a wonderful stay on vacation!

Everything about this cabin was wonderful except the pool.
The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities! The rooms were perfect sizes for our bunch and the common areas were great. We even saw bears outside!! The pool however was a big let down. The water temp was 52 when we got there and it never warmed up enough to enjoy. That was really disappointing for the kids especially!

Our family came to celebrate the Christmas holiday and it was amazing. They raved about it being the best Christmas they've had! The kids absolutely loved the indoor pool and spent lots of time there. The setup was cool. everything, clean, organized. The tv in the theatre room wasn't easy to get going so we called for help and it was good to go from there! Extremely excellent communication to check into the cabin and just to check in on us. We had a lovely time and can't wait to come back!

We had the best time all the way around. Accommodations fit our family perfectly, all kids loved the pool, media-room and game area. We even had a sweet little black bear pay us a visit. We viewed sally from the back deck. Cabin was clean and well stocked. Great stay and would return.

We loved this cabin. We had 15 people from the ages of 4mo old- 50yr. Plenty to do and so close to everything. Cabin was clean and stocked. Property manager was very helpful and was always just a text away if we needed something. This is our second year staying with maples ridge and we have no complaints

We really enjoyed our stay!!! Everything was great. The only downside was the Wi-Fi connection in the pool area. But that’s not anyone’s fault. Kitchen was nicely equipped and plenty of space. Really enjoyed the game room!!!

The house was nice, roomy and kitchen well stocked. As information, there are no bath tubs in the 6 bedroom house. With 2 littles that need tub bath, it was very hard bathing standing at the bathroom sink. I wouldn’t rent again with needing a tub. Otherwise, I would rent again.

From the communication for the staff of Maples Ridge from the time we booked the cabin to check out was very quickly. The cabin was very clean and had everything you could imagine. The pool was even warm! We have already discussed with them about staying again.

I organized a bridal party trip for my sister and future brother in law and it was the perfect size for our large group. The cabin smelled and looked very clean upon arrival. The wifi isn’t the best but we were still able to enjoy movies and TV. The pool and hot tub were great and we even saw black bears! Some of the lights didn’t work and one of the sofas was ripped, but we have no major complaints because the space is so accommodating. I recommend carpooling because parking can only hold about 5 or 6 cars.

Everything was just like the pictures. The only thing we had issues with was the wifi. My family said they would love to go back. I let management know and they sent someone out to take a look. It was fine and then went out again. Thank you

We had a family group of 13 including both kids and adults. We had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful, clean, well stocked and spacious. Everyone had some place to hang out and the large kitchen was a great place to enjoy meals with everyone. Management was very friendly and responsive. We will definitely do this again.

enjoy staying there the view was great,the only think about it was the check -in was kind of late i wish it had been earlier that way we could of had more time to go sighting it seem the day was cut short but thank you anyway we enjoy our selves

Absolutely loved this cabin! Perfect for our 15 person family. A couple notes is there’s no bath tubs, I would not drive on the gravel road that’s behind the cabin, and take some dvds for the movie room because on a rainy day the wifi didn’t work well in there. We would 100% recommend this cabin and stay again in the future!

We had a wonderful time at an absolutely beautiful property. We had only a couple little issues that were taken care of immediately. We would definitely recommend this place and intend to go back as soon as we possibly can. Everyone loved it!

Exactly as advertised! The location of this home, at the top, provided fantastic views. We had our adult children, their spouses and 9 grandchildren for a total of 15 of us and we had plenty of room to gather together or spread out, comfortably. The pool was a big hit with the kids, that is where they spent the majority of their time. They also enjoyed the arcade room. I want to personally thank the Property Manager for being so awesome, very quick to respond to anything we needed and randomly checking in to make sure our stay was perfect. Check-In was very easy and convenient too. We greatly appreciate the opportunity to stay in such a lovely home for our much needed, long overdue, family vacation....we would absolutely recommend "A Smokey Mountain Dream" and would be more than happy to stay here again!

Overall the cabin was very nice, with lots of beds and bathrooms. The resort is in a decent location, although the cabins are very close together there. The cabin was clean and nicely decorated, and had good amenities. But they don't keep the indoor pool warm enough to be comfortable for an indoor pool, so our kids didn't use it much (which was unfortunate since that was one of the main reasons we had picked this specific cabin).

Plenty of room as described. Great communication with management company, very responsive. The kids loved the basement which included game room, pool, and movie room. Overall great home.
The home is very high up in the mountains which we weren’t used to but was a cool experience and we had two bear sightings by the house.
A note about the area: Pigeon Forge and Gaitlinburg were very crowded areas. Plan outings and get tickets in advance to maximize fun and save some time and stress.

We loved our stay at this cabin. The kids begged to stay longer and come back every weekend. 😂 From ages 3-78, everyone in our party had a great time.
We loved the pool, hot tub, pool table, and that there were plenty of master bedrooms for every family.

This was a beautiful cabin with the right amount of cozy and occupied our needs. We did desire a more heated indoor pool but having the hot tub was nice. All was a success and we are thankful 😊
