Questa splendida residenza cittadina da 3 BR, 3. 5 BA, che può ospitare 10 persone (12 con il futon) offre incredibili servizi per la comunità. Questa residenza cittadina è completamente attrezzata per una vacanza senza stress che offre elettrodomestici di qualità superiore, ripiani in granito, splendidi pavimenti in legno, arredati con gusto, mobili su misura, zona soppalco (master suite) con divano letto e rotelle, e bel patio posteriore con propano griglia. La community è fantastica! Hai pieno accesso alle due piscine comunitarie, alle due club house, alle due palestre, al parco giochi recintato a bordo piscina e ad appena un chilometro e mezzo dalla spiaggia. Proprio dietro l'angolo è possibile fare escursioni a piedi o in bicicletta sul Junction & Breakwater Trail o fare shopping esente da tasse presso gli outlet di Tanger a meno di un miglio da casa con facile accesso. Questo bellissimo 3 camere da letto / 3. 5 bagni sono disponibili per la stagione 2020.

This townhouse was the perfect location for our annual ladies trip. It was so close to everything we wanted to do; shopping, eating out, and going to the beach. It was also just a short walk to the community pool. The townhouse was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We are looking forward to coming back again next year!

Nice townhouse in a good neighborhood. Big plus is you don’t have to get on Route 1 to get to downtown Rehoboth Beach main drag, the Boardwalk, or the beach. No Rehoboth Beach Parking Pass is provided. The pool is within walking distance and is clean and well maintained. No lifeguard is present. There was ample cooking pots, pans and utensils. You need to provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, hand soap, dish rags and kitchen towels, laundry detergent, etc. None is provided. Beach is about a 5-10 minutes drive away via back streets. Teenagers liked the layout. There are bicycles, beach chains, boogie boards and other beach stuff in the garage. There is also a large shower stall in the garage.
There is a couple reasons we would not return to this townhouse. The master bedroom bed might be the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. My wife thought it was fine. Also, we were not crazy about all the steps. I suppose this is no different than any townhome. I still wanted to mention it.

The pictures perfectly portrayed the house and might have even made it look smaller than it really is. Nice shower in the garage for all the sand from the beach. There were only a few channels, so bring movies or something to watch. The beds were a little less than comfortable, but overall what you would expect with something not your own. Great house, great location, easy access to the beach, pool and other amenities.

Great Stay/Beautiful Condo
We loved it...only issue was with turning on the overhead light/fan in the den. Sometimes it worked, and others not, whether we used wall switch, or remote. Should leave instructions on how to use the light/fan remote in that room.

Clean and spacious getaway close to the beach
This was my family's first time vacationing in Rehoboth and it was a perfect place to stay! The house had ample room for a large group and was conveniently located. Unfortunately, we were not aware the community pool would be closed during our stay (due to construction) but the close proximity to the beach and restaurants made up for it. Check in and out was easy and we greatly appreciated the host guidebook recommendations. Would absolutely come again!
