the unit is comfortable to stay with family. kitchen utensils are complete.

the water coming from the faucet of the unit is yellowish. it seems not safe even in hand washing.

Value for money. You can also cook/reheat food in the unit so no need to buy from the resort's restaurant. The unit is also spacious and comfortable for a group of 4. It's also a short walk away from the beach.

The unit only had 3 towels even if we were 4, but it's understandable that we shouldn't expect it to be like a hotel. So make sure to bring your own towels, toiletries, etc.

Complete kitchenware. Nice kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. Spacious area. Comfy beds. Accommodating host. There were lots of empty cabinets so we were able to place our stuff on it.

The interior design is not pleasing to the eye. So many things are misplaced. No WiFi (hoping you can install one for future clients). TV subscription expired on our 2nd day. Only three towels were served (instead of four). There were no free toiletries.

The nature around the hotel is just fabulous. sea ​​water is clean. Great range of food and everything was delicious.

The owner of the apartment is irresponsible and doesn't care about the guests. I indicated the date of arrival between 7:00-8:00. everything was agreed. When we arrived, we found out that nobody was waiting for us. You can't leave your luggage at the reception. When we called the owner of the apparatus to sort it out, we got an indifferent answer. we had to wait 6 hours to get to the room.

The room was clean with kitchen utensils. Spacious balcony with table. Clean beddings and soft pillows.

Very slow WiFi connection. No manuals on how to go about the room. We need to contact the host every time we need to turn-on the TV or how to connect to Wifi etc. No complimentary shampoo, bath soaps and hand soaps and towels.

Location is ok.

The door lock is broken. The key does not work. We have to take our valuables with us, when we go out. Frustrating.

The Property itself (Bonel Condo) was good. Host was accommodating, the caretaker was very helpful. The room is equipped with everything that we need, and we loved the balcony.. There was some issue that had been fixed immediately..

The light bulb in the toilet wasn’t working but the owner resolved this issue straightaway. We were okay in the property itself, although we had encountered problems in the restaurant (Pico Restaurant) twice with our cards that had been double charged in two occasions. Not very happy with that as it was their machine that wasn’t working properly but it’s now my problem to sort it out with the bank. 🙁

The location was spot on. The host was very helpful when I had a problem with my first booking. The place was good enough for a family to stay since it is quite near the Pico Country Club where the swimming pool is located. Also like the fact that the unit has complete amenities where we can cook food for ourselves. Kitchen has complete utilities from kitchenwares to pots and pans. More improvements can be made but all in all it was great.

To be honest there are some minor things I didn't like. I didn't like the wooden slats as it blocks the view of the TV from the other bed and makes the room look smaller due to it looking like a wall. Another is the lighting in the bathroom could be better and as well as inside the unit itself. Better if they can provide more outlets, especially nowadays where one usually have 2 or more gadgets to charge. Another thing are the pillows as they are too fluffy and we got some mild neck strains sleeping on them.
