There is no hot water in one bathroom.
One of the bidet is leaking.
We turned it off so it will stop leaking.
The sink doesn't drain in the bathroom with leaking bidet.
The fan on the stove makes the fan noise but doesn't suck the air out, therefore the smell doesn't get sucks out.
Water damage on the ceiling.
Walls cracking.
Doors and cabinets peeling.
Air con leaking water therefore the paint peeling as well, where the water drips.

The caretaker was not that welcoming.

The beach and swimming pool facility is well maintained.
There is no clean water supply in the unit. The water is smelly. Wifi connection is bad.

Good location
Very old building. Apartment looks very old and not maintained well. There was no water supply in the 3 toilets during our 2 nitghts 3 days stay, the water supply in the faucet is rusty, doors are rotting, aprtment needs remainting and maintenance. Ineternet is very slow. It was a nightmare and not worth wahe we paid for. We need partial refund for the inconvenience as itvis far below kur exoecatation of comfort.

We had a pleasant stay at the apartment. The place was comfortable, clean, big and spacious. Caretaker was accommodating and helpful.
Suggest to improve on - yellowish to brown tap water and slow internet connection.

Slow wifi. We cnt connect to internet even the smart tv that uses wired connection cant connect to inrernet.

I love how spacious the property is, it can accommodate up to 12 pax or more.
wifi connection - it needs upgrade, sometimes no connection at all, very limited user.
water - poor supply, you can’t even use the rainshower

Unexpected spacious, individual bathrooms per bedroom, silent Aircon. Private Resort and beach.
Not perfect but much higher standard than usual Philippine rooms.
Wifi offline from second day onward, building itself needs more maintenance, resort expects guests to wear the same paper armband 24/7.

Apartment was near the elevator and had it's own cart for wheeling in baggage
1 elevator was broken in the apartment complex so there was usually a line of people waiting to ride the single elevator that was working. The ref in the apartment was also broken and took too long to cool up

The apartment is clean and the place was nice.

Location and country club is perfect for big groups and kids
Activities are nice, enjoyed playing bowling, billiards and darts, forgot sandals and in the bowling -was there for 3 days and it’s nowhere to be found the Crew played the calling here and there. But seems no chance, didn’t end up having it back :(
The stove is so old and broken - heard from technician that it was already reported but they didn’t do anything about it.
The host lend her personal electric stove but again it’s so old that we even got grounded/ electrocuted while cooking.. at this point we already lost lots of time figuring out how to eat from long journey.
Finally next day, they decide to buy a new one and it worked but coz it’s only one of those portable the cooking always takes time. And if u plan to cook for big groups it’s just really frustrating.
And NO INTERNET THE WHOLE STAY.. you would wish they will let you know before arriving but no notification leaving us all no choice.

A hidden gem in Pico de Loro. loved the unit, very spaceous, lovely view and accommodating owner/staff
No area for barbecue.

The unit is very spacious and clean. Its worth the price for 2nights and 3days staycation. The place is very relaxing we really had a great time in your unit we were able to cook our chosen food no need to eat outside. Thank you Ms Ces and Ms Olive for prompt reply on our text messages.
