The ac is noisy, plus the Caren not mention that pico is cashless that I needed to go out just to put money to my gcash and it cost me 800 pesos, what if I don't have money?

We stayed at Carola B 203 . Size of unit is ok, clean.

The ref is too small even for a couple since we're staying 2dsys, but the worst part is that it's door does not seal properly and in fact it has a masking tape on the door to help seal it so you can't really keep your food fresh. The shower mixing valve for heater is defective , it's either you take it very hot or too cold🤣 The beds are infested with bugs. I will never go back again!!!! This is maybe the reason why they give it at a promo price. But Id rather pay higher for a comfortable stay. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Over rated and over priced. The resort had lots of restrictions in terms of access to certain areas, the timings, early closure of premises, especially the bars and restaurants. Fees collected at the entrance just to enter the resort!

Toilet bidet needed repair and leaking. No cleaning supplies. No place to hang clothes. Hot water bottle broken. Business pushy about payment. No one to help carry bags. Hidden fees.

Imagine from 5,500 per night to 700 na lang!! We were so surprised and happy when we heard about that! Sobrang laki ng nasave ko and super duper friendly and accomodating nung nagassist samin. The place is very relaxing and perfect for people who wants to unwind! And my favorite part is the beach front! I really love to stay at their beach because it's so clean and peaceful! as well as the room! The view from my room was mountain and trees so it was really a perfect place to chill and drink coffee. We heard the birds sing and the sound of the wind which makes all things perfect! I will definitely come back here and stay longeeeer! THANK YOU FOR THE PRIZE AND UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE!

The unit is so nice specially the view and ambience. All the staffs are so accommodating to all their guests. The beach view so is so relaxing, I will recommend it to my family and friends. Super enjoy! Thank you Pico de Loro & Ms. Caren of Pico Tours and Condos
