The absolutely rude staff, practically unreachable by phone, no communication about shuttle frequency.

- Area/Location - Inside decorum - Great staff - Outside seating area - Other great amenities

- No microwave in room - Cold water at times (which maintenance never came to check out) - Hair in bathroom - Wasn’t able to connect to television for screenshare.

Room was clean and OK for a quick 1 night stay.

Hotel itself was a little dated and could use a fresh coat of paint and new carpet. Cost for breakfast was absurd!

The staff was very accommodating to my family with our gathering. Anything we needed to make our stay comfortable, they did. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel restaurant was very good and I definitely appreciated the shuttle service.

The room was supposed to be cleaned on the third day of our stay. However it didn't happen.

breakfast was very ordinary, but the room was good and comfortable.

no transportation nearby, no restaurant in the hotel and nearby, no walk-in market nearby.

I checked in after 9p. Asked the front desk warmth was the latest I could check out since I checked in so late , if there wasn't another guest booked , if I could stay a few more hrs. Only was given an hr and after my family and I checked out at 1, my 2 boys who are 14, 17, one asked were the bathroom was and they denied him access, called the sheriff over and wouldnt let him use the bathroom, then the front desk worker proceeded to ask my boys to leave the hotel after doin absolutely nothing but sitting in there lobby watching tv on their phones 😡😡😡😡 They were racists and the only reason I didn't report the front desk attendant is bc my sons didn't tell me about it until later bc they were traumatized.

Location was great. Clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing, especially Eric. Food was good especially the Salmon.

Didnt take breakfast. I liked the room spacious and neat.

Sorry to say I got food poisoning from the chicken and french fries I ate the night I arrived. I puked and my stomach run and ejected all what I ate. Was very dehydrated as I had to catch a plane early morning. Thank God I made it to my destination. The kitchen staff should practice cleanliness keep food in more hygenic condition.

They charged me the full rate before I arrived and then insisted on taking the same amount again when I checked it, Hotel has no restaurant, just a small snack bar, with the location being on a series of motorways near the airport there are no easy accessible restaurants near by,

Affordable hotel, but I should’ve realized something was off. Wish I would’ve paid more somewhere else.

Although the staff was friendly, they did not seem knowledgeable whatsoever. We waited at the airport for a shuttle a long time. Called the property to check in on it, and we finally gave up and took a cab for $30. When we arrived at the hotel, the shuttle was sitting there. Presumably it had been there the whole time. The next morning when we left and asked about the shuttle, we were told we just missed it. Then we asked for help calling a cab and we were told by the staff that we could call an Uber ourselves. We ate dinner in the restaurant, thinking this would make things easier, but the restaurants food quality was so incredibly poor as well as the speed and service. Again everyone was friendly, but just seemed extremely under trained. As for the room itself, it felt very bare-bones, and like furniture from a different hotel was put into the room.

Breakfast was mediocre at best and expensive for what it was. Dining options around the hotel area are limited. Room needed some basic maintenance. Easy fixes that have been ignored.

The staff was really nice and helpful!

Due to the location of how close it is to the airport it can get noisy and the people above us were extremely loud with running! That was aggravating but still not a terrible stay!

I liked the price and layout of the room. It was really clean as well.

No daily housekeeping and you have to go downstairs to get more towels and washcloths. Very inconvenient

Walk in shower was amazing and very clean bathroom. Bed was very comfortable.

Room wasn’t extraordinarily clean, crumbs and liquid consistencies throughout. And no breakfast provided.

i had hard time sleeping because of the constant noise from the planes flying untill late in the midnight

I love the location. The rooms are modernized. Super clean. The staff was amazing. Big shoutout to the front desk gentleman by the name of Eric. He was a huge help. Its my second time staying here and it was great.
