There was a pull-out sofa bed with a skinny mattress and no sheets, pillows/pillowcases, or cover. Almost none of the outlets worked, including the ones on the lamp.

Rooms are VERY comfortable and big! Many power outlets available (extremely useful). Very well selected furniture for the room. Staff was great (whoever was on night shift, let me congratulate you on resolving a very hard matter!)

I really liked the hotel, but the guests...well...I think they "punish" and eventually bias this property. You can actually smell "non-tabacco odor" from the elevator all the way to the hallways. Luckily, my room was perfect on cleanliness. I understand this is very difficult to prevent, but perhaps some hard fines for bad behaviors could help.

Breakfast should start earlier, so travelers with earlier flights can make it.

Did not have breakfast they don’t offer breakfast . Staff was awful at check in. A lot of hidden fees . Cost us more when we got there . Had already paid o line and was charged 200 bucks more for deposit.

I stayed here twice at the beginning and end of my trip to visit family. The hotel is on the south side of the airport and has easy access to and from the airport. It’s a quiet, cozy place and the staff were friendly. The price was good.

The WiFi can be poor in some areas. There aren’t many food or retail options nearby.
