We had a great stay. The place is easy to find, quiet, comfortable and the unit is well thought through to accomodate a family of 4. We recommend!
No big issue but a little more attention with dust cleaning would make it perfect.

Very good location, you can walk into the very centre of Reims in 20-30 mins. Quiet street with free parking. A bakery which was open on early sunday morning in less than 5 mins by foot.
Sofa bed is not super comfortable for taller people, your feet may hang out a bit :)
It can be quite warm during hot summer days as it is under the roof. There is a fan though (we did not need it).

Cosy apartment. We stayed on the 2nd floor and had to climb 2 flights of stairs which were pretty narrow and steep. 2nd floor more ideal for young couples with very little luggage.

Only gripe: No dishwasher - no problem. I didn't mind having to wash the dishes by hand. Big problem - no plug for sink => had to use running tap to wash the dishes, using (I guess) 5 times the amount of water. This is crazy at best of times, but especially when there is a water shortage.
