This is a very nice hotel located just 3 minutes from Khem Beach , which is one of the most beautiful beaches with white sand on Que Puoc, hotel is almost new, not very crowded, with nice rooms and very comfortable beds, breakfasts are tasty and varied and the staff very helpful, indoor swimming is nice to cool after a day on the beach.

Hotel and rooms very beautiful and spacious. Very close to khem beach and sao beach, which are the most beautiful beaches. It’s true, around there’s not much to do but one can rent a motorbike very cheap and go around. Breakfast of good quality. Too bad not many options for western breakfast

They have almost nothing for western breakfast :( but they have amazing pineapple jam!

Nice view of the harbor nearby. The hotel is almost brand new and a good value for money. You can enjoy the same beach with those who paid 10 times more at the next door JW Marriott 5*.

The King Suite is on a smaller side. Plus sometimes the sea is full of plastic waste - depends on the underwater currents, I guess. The cleaning staff tries its best, but ...

Morning Is noise

staff did their absolute best for us, worked really hard and were very friendly.

the place around the hotel is pretty much a newly built ghost town, the rooftop bar was a construction site and the location of the swimming pool does not invite. also the WiFi in the room did not work.

The hotel is just two mins walk from the Khem Beach. While the rooms are a bit small, they are very well maintained. The cable car is just 10-15 mins drive from the hotel. Had a wonderful time at the hotel. Stayed here for couple of nights with my friends and family.

it is located at the beach, literally next to it.

The hotel is currently under construction and not yet finished. since the rooms are not soundproof you will hear every detail of construction works starting from early morning. Also you will hear every aspect of private life of your neighbors. Staff does not speak good English at all and it was extremely hard to communicate with them though they were friendly. For example, I got a small fever and wanted to ask if I can find a doctor near by, but instead they were asking me if I need a computer… Also keep in mind that there no working facilities like shops, restaurants around (you will be quite limited). The only way is to go to the city (20 min) or eat at the beach (3 restaurants), in the hotel (but they always had 1 meal out of ten available), or in a neighboring hotel.

There is nothing around besides the Khem beach, but also khem beach is quite small as part of the beach is private & hotels and you are not allowed to enter the area Around not many restaurants and if there are some they appeared quite expensive compared to others We were traveling with child so finding good food at right price was a challenge We spent there most our money and food we ate wasn’t that great Breakfast was just ok but I think you cannot expect much assuming money we pay for the room Same about the rooms - quite small but still I think ok for the money we paid No attractions for kids besides the swimming pool

Noises of drilling and hammering lasted for two days while we stayed there.Sound of construction started around 7:20 in the morning while we were still sleeping, and it was still drilling and hammering around 9:30pm on the second night while we were there. They can hear the noises from the reception area actually, but nothing was done by the hotel, even after we phoned them. And the bed is put together by 2 single mattresses.

The staff are so supportive, I’ve got to use the internet wire for my urgent work purpose and they shared with me one of their unused wire in one of the reception desks. I’d really appreciated it. Will surely come back when I go back to Phu Quoc.

on the 5th and 6 th floor was under construction. The builders started at 07.00 with drilling. The stuff offered us to move to the other buiding.

Close to Khem beach, clean & quiet unlike other beaches in the island.

This hotel still caters only to Vietnamese. They have no vegetarian dishes or more international simple dishes (chicken soup, for ex.). Also, they need to explain that the hotel is set up in 3 separate buildings. One has the pool. Another has the restaurant.

All the days we were here there was a construction in the building. The noise was unbearable, so we had to checkout earlier. Also please pay attention the 2 bedrooms apartment we've booked have big windows on the photos, but they are "fake" windows, there is stone wall outside of the windows. So there is no sunlight in the room at all.
