Location and theme is very nice

Bathroom didn't have doors. Plus felt a bit unsafe in the bathroom considering reptiles could have entered the property.

Super chilled environment, with an amazing cafe serving delicious coffees and drinks. Zen space with super comfortable and nicely put together rooms.

It is very well situated and there is easy access to most places in Anjuna. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

The place is massively understaffed. They don’t have enough people. They did not come and clean our room if not told. The place has major electricity issue. We had to move room’s because the ac was not working. The pool is much much smaller than in pictures.

Air conditioning was not working, one day they accommodated in another room after shouting but rest days we had to move back where AC was not working

Very nice and helpful staff. The little restaurant in the property is a very comfy place to sit and have something to drink or eat. The food was delicious. It was the perfect location for what we were looking for: just a quiet place to spend some nights and be able to do some work. Another plus point: the internet connection in the room was very stable.

Nothing, it was perfect for our needs, but to get around, visit shops and places you would always need a taxi, or your own vehicle, since it's not very central.

Beautiful decor

The best stay i had ever. Staff was so helpful. Especially manager Anil who helped us alot. Because of him we managed to do watersports and leave the town on time.

We were travelling from London and unfortunately the trip started on the wrong foot and we had a very unusual request very last minute, but the owners were so kind and accommodating. So hats off to them for that! As far as the place is concerned, it was very rustique chic, exactly as shown in pictures and what I was looking forward to. The vibe of the place was even better. It was very clean, very conveniently located to travel around, yet on a quiet street away from the crowd. In addition, the caretaker was very welcoming and pleasant and I feel deserves a special mention. I guess to sum up, this would be one of my top places to stay at when in Goa, more so when I want a relaxing leasure trip to revel in the vibe of the place.
