The place is very secure, close to major restaurants and the mall. Very elegant and modern apartments, overall a great place.

The added costs "cleaning fee" was unexpected. Also during the winter season a much warmer heater would have been appreciated instead of the small one which we got.

Great location, lovely apartment with comfortable furnishings. Everything worked well and so easy to get around with a car.

Apartment block is not conducive to privacy and there. Were two very load mid week parties that went well beyond the specified quiet time of 22:00.

Everything about the unit was exceptional. It was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. The unit has it all from washing machine to dishwasher. Excellent value

The fiber did not work, but the technician replaced the router quickly once reported.

I was very disappointed at the services provided by Propr. The booking was a big mess up especially when I needed to extend my stay. When I called in, one of the agent was very very rude, horrible customer service and didn’t bother to try solve the problem. On the one end, Courtney was very helpful and tried to assist. I didn’t like that cleaning costs were over charged and hidden cost that I was not made aware of. I didn’t like that the was no1 in the property to assist if an issue a raised. I didn’t like the service and information to check in was only sent after check-in. Which was a mission. I would never want to deal with Propr again. Very dishonest and rude.
