I was overcharged for breakfast and dinner

The response on staff were excelent and they were available on single call

I liked the location only.
The staff was uncooperative, charged extra and provided the other room than we booked. They charged 30% extra than displayed on booking.com and were insisting to cancel the order from booking.com so we get extra financial benefit. There was no lunch and dinner facility.

My stay at city lodges guest house was exceptionally good and everything lived up to my expectations, I loved how the entire staff was consistently working in the guest house and were super helpful!
I haven't visited a guest house better than city lodges guest house and everything was so on point!

It is located in G9/4 Sector. The good thing of this property is it's nearby market and food street where you can enjoy shopping with yummy food.

Washroom blankets mattress all were in very dirty and bad condition.

Room was too bad, too dirty, washroom was also dirty, bedsheet,pillow, blanket was dirty and smelly. Worst room we ever stayed. No facilities at all. Generator/backup was not available, they let us in dark and hot for many hours
