Casa Alice è il posto giusto dove stare a Santa Teresa! Circondato dai nostri animali locali (iguane, scimmie, uccelli) e appena sopra gli alberi!
Casa Alice si trova nella gated community di mar-A-mar, l'unica a Santa Teresa, con sicurezza 24/7 e una piscina comune. A pochi passi da una delle spiagge più belle chiamate "La Lora", che è anche uno dei migliori spot per il surf! La posizione di mar-A-mar è perfetta perché si trova a Santa Teresa Nord, a pochi passi da buoni ristoranti, negozi e supermercati.
Casa Alice è dotata di un ampio soggiorno e una cucina open space, che puoi goderti con buoni amici! Puoi anche pranzare o semplicemente rilassarti con un aperitivo sulla splendida terrazza, godendoti il tramonto e osservando le onde! Due ampie camere da letto matrimoniali con un letto king size ciascuna e un bagno privato, una camera con un letto matrimoniale e una sala tv, bagno, tutte collegate tra loro acquistano un'altra comoda terrazza. La cosa più bella di Casa Alice è il mix di vita interna ed esterna. Poiché la casa si trova in cima alla collina di Mar-A-Mar, si consiglia vivamente di noleggiare un mezzo di trasporto (auto 4x4, ATV, Rhino).

Our family visited Santa Theresa for three days as part of our longer trip to Costa Rica. The owner was having difficulties with the cleaning service so the house was not as clean as expected with very few towels. The washing machine was not functioning properly and my husband fixed the broken front door. I should have done more research on the town with the poor roads and difficult parking. Even with a rental car we only had one driver. It would have been much better to also have an ATV so that we could come and go separately without making the very steep walk to and from the beach/ town. The view was amazing and there was plenty of room for 5 of us.

This house is beautifully located with a great view of the sea. The interiors are spacious and clean. The decors are really nice and reflect the owner’s style. It felt very welcoming. Would definitely recommend it to other families or a group of friends

We had a great time here and would fully recommend it. The place looks exactly like in the photos. It's beautiful. The ocean view is great with the sunsets and weather changing the landscape constantly. Sophia met us for check in and was awesome. Super helpful throughout (e.g., hooked us up with an ATV rental). Location is secure with 24/7 friendly guard at gate. The driveway is long and insanely steep. We're a fit crew and we only walked it once before renting an ATV (which is the key mode of transport in town anyway, so just plan on it). The pool is lovely, but there is a beach with vehicle parking almost across the street from Mar-a-mar that is beautiful. The kitchen is well supplied, though there were ants around pretty regularly. Not really bothersome, but present. The upstairs downstairs set up allows for pretty separate spaces if you want it that way. Location is quiet. Wish I was headed back there tomorrow!

Alice, the owner, and Sofia, the property manager, were fantastic. They were so helpful in accommodating our needs and requests, and they were so helpful with recommendations! The view from the VRBO was beautiful. Santa Teresa is a hopping town all day and night, so don’t expect low key tranquility. This spot is alive and fun. We spent an entire day at the beach directly across the street (short walk) from the lower parking area. Beautiful wide, sandy beaches with gorgeous water. The condo is in a gated community so it is safe and secure. The listing shows there is a washer and dryer available, but it was not available for our stay. We would highly recommend this VRBO.

Was a great home base for us to stay a month in Costa Rica. Alice was very responsive when we needed anything. Would recommend staying here when in the area.

This place exceeded our expectations. Its such a beautiful home with amazing views. I'll definitely be coming back to Casa Alice. This has been the highlight of our vacation to Costa Rica, its just a short ATV ride to the beach.

The home, location, hospitality and service of Casa Alice is nothing short of perfection. We had a truly amazing time and the entire experience of Casa Alice is the best that Santa Teresa has to offer. We wish we would have stayed longer and are certain that we will return. Thank you Alice and staff for making our trip!!
