Hostess exceptionally nice and welcoming. Inside was all new and really, very clean. Mattress was comfortable

The location was not very practical and there was nothing around.

A little quiet hotel with friendly and polite hostess. The room is warm and clean, comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

This is a pension with three bedrooms. The house is newly built, how new and comfortable is the bedroom too. But, I need to inform you of some situations that made me uncomfortable. We found two bed bugs walking around the room and we had to kill them, the room and the bathroom are cold. We had to use an air conditioner to heat the room, but unfortunately it didn't heat up enough and it made a lot of noise. The house is located alone (no other houses nearby) on the corner between two weird streets in an industrial area far from the city. Breakfast was pleasant. But unfortunately these points that were mentioned above left us a little dissatisfied.

this was an amazing stay!!! the host where amazing!!! really clean really comfy! everything was new. is just about 30 minutes including a 10 min walk to Verona. Will definitely go back.

Deserves 5 star + , the service was amazing, even picked us up after issues with the bus… Really enjoyed our stay and everything was super clean. We also loved the interior, it was very well done. Would definitely recommend! X

The place is completely new, excellent cleanliness and the breakfast was quite good! The host is really nice, helpful and kind. We arrived early in the morning and we were able to leave our baggage. There is also parking inside the place.

it was superclean, the accomodation is brand new, the bathroom is shared, but totally clean, new etc. the host is supernice, we were there one night and totally satisfied.

its kind of far from verona city centre - but noone claims its close. its 13 minutes by car, so its totally ok if sou are ok with driving there.

The owner is very welcoming. The house seems to be under renovation but nothing to be concerned about during our stay. The breakfast is simple but sufficient. The room is spacious and the bed was super comfy. The external bathroom was quite excellent! Be aware that the place is outside of Verona - a car is highly recommended.

The AC needs some maintenance but nothing what stopped us having a good night sleep. The breakfast time could be a little longer / more time to suit all guests otherwise its a little tight space in the kitchen.

The host and her family are really nice. The room has been clean and kitchen very cozy. We had a nice talk with others staying there in the morning.

All was very clean and comfortable. Moreover, the woman was very kind and helpful with us. The breakfast was also very complete.

The owner has put a lot of effort into the interior facilities. Spacious apartment in a modern design. Huge TV with Netflix. Very nice (shared) bathroom.

Yard area is a bit of a mess.

The room is very spacious and nicely furnished. Super comfy bed with neat shared bathroom. Owners were both very friendly and helpful. Good selection of breakfast too.

Although the B&B is more at the countryside there were however trucks and motorcycles passing through frequently. Soundproof of the rooms aren't the best. Didn't have problem falling asleep as we were very tired but the noises from the roads and from guests in the other room woke us up very early in the morning. Not the quietest place for light sleepers.
