Comfortable House Next to the Light Rail Station
Nuovo per VRBO. Oltre 100 ottime recensioni su ABnB. Convenientemente situato tra il centro di Minneapolis e l'aeroporto. Questa accogliente casa si trova a 1 isolato dalla stazione ferroviaria 46th street nel tranquillo quartiere di Ericsson. 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno. Cortile recintato con parcheggio fuori strada per 2 auto. Pavimenti in legno e lavanderia in loco. A soli 3 isolati dal Minnehaha Falls Park. 1 isolato dalle piste ciclabili della Minnehaha Parkway! Ci sono ristoranti nelle vicinanze e un birrificio a un isolato di distanza. Molte attività fantastiche nelle vicinanze. Grazie della visita. Godere!

Great place to stay. Block away from the Light rail and 10 min from the airport. Clean and quaint. Would definately stay again and highly recommend

Less than 15 minutes to Mall of America and Minneapolis but in a quiet neighborhood. Fenced in yard was a plus for us as we brought our dog with.

This was our second time staying here and it was great once again. Clean, easy to access, and super cozy. Be sure to check out Venn Brewing if you stay here. They do beer and coffee and are super friendly.

The house was exactly as described in the listing and was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. We were visiting family in Minneapolis and needed to go into the city and out to the ‘burbs so this location was ideal. Walking distance Minnehaha Falls which was beautiful and to Venn Brewing which had great beers every night and fresh coffee every morning. We will absolutely stay again!

Great location on the light rail made access to and from airport easy. Had a great work desk available. The walking paths nearby were beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was just right for me and my dog.. the fenced in back yard was great as well as the minnehana creek trail being a block away.. this was a very comfortable area to b in with a few nice breakfast spots close by.. plenty of room for 4 to 5 people if need be.

Pros:
- Allows pets.
- Extremely good internet connection.
- Very close to transit and food/grocery.
- Classic charm.
- All the usual appliances and creature comforts a house can give.
I hesitate to even call this a downside, but the furniture is quite outdated and in ok condition at best. However, this is expected since the property allows pets.
Also, would have been nice to have a slightly larger/newer TV.
Oh, and maybe some updated recommended take out and/or delivery restaurants in the immediate area.
Overall, fantastic and would stay again.

We really liked the location of this property. It’s a short walk to the train and walking distance to restaurants, trails and parks. It’s in a cute neighborhood that was quiet and felt safe and family friendly. There is a fenced in yard which was great for our dog. Having a washer and dryer was super helpful too. The host was friendly and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. This property met all of our needs and we would stay here again.

Nice little place. Just needs much more thorough cleaning and blankets

Cleanliness is a little overlooked.
Someone had a cat in the house at some point because cat hair on table cloth, beds, and couch. Dishes were plentiful though and so were towels. For 6 people, really needs another 2nd toilet built in basement level.
Overall, was ok for all men and their sons (3 adults, 2 teens, 1 10 yr old) for the weekend but not really something a woman would probably stay at without better cleaning and another bathroom.

The house had everything we needed! It is in a great location for us to get around and be close to the family we were visiting. We would definitely book it again.
