Susan has a sizable, well-appointed townhouse in a quiet neighborhood on Warren Lake. We were blessed with great weather and the most splendid of views. She was a charming and very responsive hostess. Thank you!

The townhouse was exactly as I expected. The home owner was wonderful. She asked if there was any info on the area, and if we have had any problems during our trip. Since everything was great, we didn’t. If we go back we would stay there again!

Great property, communication, ease of checkin etc. Only con is the astronomical cleaning fee. There is a long list of check out instructions including striping sheets, pillowcases, run dishwasher etc. These are minor, however Isn't this what the cleaning fee is for? The fees were almost as much as the total nightly rates.

This location is A+. Number one location for Fort Collins! Host was so nice and helpful. Everything was available that we could possibly need! so relaxing and calm! Beds were cozy and shower was perfect!

The property itself was in a good location, cute and quiet neighborhood. It was a bit more dated that depicted in the pictures. It had a strong odor of mildew/mold and there were a lot of cobwebs in living areas and sofas/chairs.
We got in late, dropped off our belongings, went out to grab dinner and groceries for our stay. Upon returning and settling in for the night, we discovered an infestation of wolf spiders in the lower living area. I immediately notified the owner/manager. She was quick to respond, offered to refund our money and agreed this was unacceptable. She stated she had never seen spiders there or heard this same complaint. However, as we looked through the house for bug spray we located multiple cans of Raid for spiders as well as spider traps. They clearly had issues someone was aware of. We tried to stick it out, until they came out of the sofa crawling across one of my boys. I informed her we were unable to stay and checked into a hotel. As we had just gone to the grocery store and couldn't bring the food to the hotel, we offered it to her property management team, housekeepers or asked if they could find a donation center. She did contact Orkin and made an appointment for the following morning and offered us to return, but we declined. As we live in an area that requires pest control, we know it gets worse before it gets better. She text me the following morning to inform me that Orkin had been there and sprayed, but saw no indication of spiders. That is not possible as we made sure to leave the eight dead ones where we killed them on the floor of the main living area. When I told her we would not return and would take her up on the refund, she told me she could not authorize that and I needed to contact the management company. I screen shot her text message and told her I was confused. She replied the next day stating there was miscommunication and she would refund us for the bug spray. I immediately contacted the management company. It has been more than a week and they have not responded. I delayed giving a review here, but am honestly baffled by this situation. I wouldn't have hesitated to refund the money, probably would have offered to pay for the groceries and moved on. I have been left with no choice but to leave this review and contact VRBO. I would highly suggest you don't rent here or through EVOLVE.

Nice Unit and GREAT location!
Nice unit, well-stocked, in a GREAT location! Close to everything but feels like it's out-of-town.
The owner had GREAT communication in the days ahead of our check-in AND while we were there! The unit is very nice and comfortable. We would rent again, if in the area and needing to do so. We loved having access to the lake for the views and kayaking.
NOTE: If a guest has trouble with stairs this is not the unit for you.

Wonderful retreat by the lake
Loved our location and stay. Sat by edge of lake every evening and watched the geese and ducks. Very peaceful. Location is close to CSU and many restaurants, shopping, etc. The home is very well appointed and the kitchen stocked with spices and things you need if cooking in. Owner was responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

BEST PLACE TO STAY!
You won't find a better place to stay in Fort Collins! Close to everything yet you feel like you are at a lakeside resort. Warmth overflows with the decorations and the owner makes sure that everything is great with fully stocked supplies including items in the pantry! (Just be sure to give back into the pantry for future guests if you want to be kind.)
The view of the lake is ever changing with the local wildlife and interesting water patterns caused by the wind and weather. It is in a perfect location and you have the entire town house to yourself. I have stayed here often and can't wait to come back each time I am in Fort Collins. You won't be disappointed!! Book it quickly and now!

Wonderful
We had a wonderful time staying here. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need to be home away from home. The location is excellent and very picturesque on the lake. It was winter and we had the fun of playing in the snow while walking on the frozen lake. It was also lovely to see all the activity on the lake through the bright windows while sitting comfortably cozy in the living room. The hostess is very caring to make sure your needs are met before arriving.

Nice Getaway.
We were there for five days over Thanksgiving week. Our family living in Fort Collins came and went; we shared many great meals together. We enjoyed our stay very much! The owners were very gracious!

Great house beautiful views
The house is very comfy and has everything you need. Loved the extra touches like coffee, tea, toothbrushes and toothpaste. Very pretty views from the dining room. About a 15 minute drive to old town which was decorated for the holidays. I would recommend this property and I would stay here again.

Wonderful Townhouse
My husband and I came to Ft Collins to visit family and get away for a few days. The townhouse was well located, and beautifully appointed! We stayed for 5 days and had everything we needed plus more! Hugh and Susan has thought of everything and even a lot of “just in case” items! Loved the setting and really relaxed and enjoyed!

Lakefront townhouse
We had a wonderful time and made great memories. The townhouse was very nicely decorated and we appreciated all the little extra touches. Susan, was very helpful if we needed anything. We enjoyed kayaking and peddle boating around the beautiful lake. Our grandkids really enjoyed fishing, and the lake appeared to have an abundance of fish. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Getaway
We came to Colorado to visit my youngest daughter who is a CSU student. We spent 4 lovely days in this beautiful home. It was very clean and well stocked with anything we needed. Games were plenty and everywhere! The lake was beautiful and we had fun trying out the paddle boat and kayaks. It was a wonderful place to just spend time together as a family. Susan was lovely and very helpful.

Highly recommended
The multiple rooms and levels of this townhouse gave the 4 of us lots of room to spread or gather. It's a stately older place with great bones and is in excellent shape. Very homey. Lots of extras like a computer monitor I could plug into my laptop dock. The lake reflects the sun- and moonrises, and is cooling on hot days. I must note something that will be important to some people--there is no internet. There were instructions on how to make your own hotspot so it definitely was not an oversight that an internet login key wasn't provided. Lots of games around. Excellent outdoor gas grill.

I stayed here last year and loved it.
We came to visit family at CSU and had a great visit and the accommodations were great. We left our laptop and the owners mailed it safely back to us right away. I would recommend this place for a restful, fun visit to Fort Collins.
