Wonderful location. Very thought out bungalow. Owner is friendly. Most comfortable bed ever in a vacation rental. Quiet, charming and beautiful. Didn’t want to leave.

The property was so convenient to shopping & restaurants. The apartment itself was darling. Loved the hot tub and fire pit area. But the highlight was the host. Bill was so friendly and we loved his stories. He was very knowledgeable about the area and offered several recommendations for meals. Loved it and would recommend this property to anyone. A 10+.

Had to leave too soon

The house was a great fit for me and my significant other. It was very clean when we arrived and even had some snacks and little drinks for us. I loved how close it was to Old Town. Our host was great at giving us suggestions on places to visit/eat. Would definitely stay again!

Really, one of the only things I had to complain about was the lack of a microwave. With all these great places to eat and a grill available to cook on, I would have liked to be able to re-heat something, especially while staying for more than one day.

Location - it’s only 5–10 minutes away from everything in downtown Fort Collins! Quiet & Cool - Very quiet, can barely hear neighbors, lots of fans and an A/C unit! Fun - the architecture and layout of the house is fun! A fancy hot tub is fun! A little back porch and a patio for a fire is cool too! String lights outside are awesome! Utilities - I could feel the warmth in the house in the floor, and I could feel the A/C air making a difference. The hot water stayed hot and didn’t run out for us as a couple. They left plenty of towels for showering. Amenities - Tons of thoughtful additions made the stay much better than a hotel. Tons of towels, snacks, water, juices, extra pillows, extra bedding, lots of storage space in the bedrooms and bathroom for your personal belongings, and well lit. Each bedside table has an outlet, and there are at least 3 outlets in each bedroom! A full kitchen set with silverware is a great touch! Overall, fantastic!

Uh... thinner pillows to go with the thicker ones? Haha. Price maybe? It’s more expensive than a hotel, but the quality of the stay is better due to amenities! Air conditioning can be an issue - they provide 2 oscillating cooling fans, which helps a lot if you’re used to that white noise and moving air. The bedrooms have ceiling fans, that helps too! But the A/C unit is located in the main hallway and so it takes a long time for it to cool down the house. I ended up opening the Window in our bedroom at night to cool the room down, but I don’t know how that will work in the summer!
