I always try to leave a review for properties, I could not wait to leave a review for this property! I wanted to review from the second I walked in! The property is spotless, roomy and in a perfect area. So excited my daughter has settled on UNCW as I have found a great place to stay for the next 4 years when we visit!

Everything was perfect!

When I was having trouble getting in, I got a quick and friendly response from the property manager.

I arrived late in the evening and some clearer exterior photos in the listing would help to make sure you're trying the correct door. Multiple properties use the same keybox, and I tried 3 before I found the right one.

great location, easy walk to restaurants & bars. the pottery tableware was gorgeous, daughter & I are handmade pottery junkies so we were thrilled!!

Great location. Very nicely done. It had everything we needed.
