Come relax with us at our fully restored farm house.
Questa dimora storica è stata costruita nel 1900 ed è stata completamente ristrutturata. La stessa casa è una casa colonica restaurata con una storia interessante dietro. La casa apparteneva a zia e zio di Dolly Parton. C'è una stanza situata al secondo piano che suo zio ha reso insonorizzata per poter registrare musica. Quando abbiamo ristrutturato la casa, abbiamo lasciato le pareti insonorizzate e abbiamo deciso di dedicare la stanza a Dolly. La casa si trova in una posizione comoda, in quanto è a quattro minuti di auto dal Sevierville Convention Center, dal prossimo Soaky Moutain Waterpark e dal Wilderness Waterpark. Oltre a un breve tragitto in auto da Pigeon Forge e Gatlinburg e dalle Great Smoky Mountains.

Great home that is perfect distance from attractions

My family, close friends, and I all came up here for my pre wedding “Bach” trip. As soon as we pulled in we loved it. The house is gorgeous! The host was very responsive as well and came within a few minutes of us asking for the trash to be taken when it got full. They also provided a variety of useful items (plates, mugs, coffee, etc..). Everything was also very clean and comfortable. Overall we had such a great stay and would absolutely recommend it/come back again!

There were 15 of us, all ages, staying for five nights. We had a fantastic time. The property was beautiful and so clean. The owners were prompt in replying to questions. It was a great distance to all the attractions. I can't recommend this place enough!

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Whaley House for a family reunion/grad party. The house itself is beautiful and charming. A unique layout with plenty of rooms and space for everyone. The front porch rocking chairs were a hit. It rained a few times during our stay and we enjoyed sitting on the covered porch and watching/listening to it rain. My favorite part though, was the yard and the beautiful landscape behind the house. There is a flat area that was perfect for the party where we were able to set up a tent and chairs. Beyond the yard there are horses and pond off in the distance. The horses will sometimes walk right up to the fence that borders the property to say hi! At night time there is a peaceful ambience that was so relaxing I kept finding myself outside just listening to all the sounds. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a farmhouse charm and a peaceful country atmosphere.

This is a beautiful property. Very clean and well kept. All the charm of a Farmhouse.
We had a few challenges with small children, nothing major tho, a road near by and rolling landscape but we are flat landers so we are just not used to it, overall it was a great place for a family vacation. Highly recommend.

The Whaley Room and Board is such a laid back, comfortable place to stay. The house was clean and well stocked. The yard is lovely and we really enjoyed the front portch. We locked ourselves out one evening and Amy was quick to respond. I definately recommend this house for any large group gathering.

We stayed here with our entire wedding crew for our wedding. The home was more than we needed. It had everything that we could imagine for our perfect weekend getaway. We had enough space for each person to have all spot of their own.
The front porch was an amazing morning coffee spot. The horse pasture in the back made for an even more special surprise. With several adults staying in the property we had more than enough room and space!

The house and property is beautiful. Just as the pictures. Lots of room for the family to gather to eat and enjoy each other. We were able to take some awesome bridal pictures throughout the house and yard. The house had everything that we needed. Beds were very comfortable for a good nites sleep. Every part of the house and property was immaculate very very clean. Will tell others of the home and hope to be back to visit. Very close to town with the country feel. Cancun Mexican Grill Catered a meal for us. They did an awesome job. Lots of food. Thank you Amy for a wonderful weekend....The Jones Family.

This is an amazing house!! And in a perfect location! We were in Gatlinburg for a competition at the Sevierville Convention Center, which was
5 minutes down the road. Dollywood was 25 minutes away. This house is on a back country road with horses in the backyard. Awesome!! House had everything needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, extra blankets, etc. I would DEFINITELY come again!! Perfect house! Perfect location!

We had a wonderful time. The house is amazing. A old farm home dream. Yes it’s old so there are creaks and unlevel stairs.. also that is part the beauty of it:kids LOVED the clawfoot tubs. homes aren’t made that way anymore . Perfectly clean and a horse pasture next door topped it for our horse loving kids . Thank you for a wonderful time.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Communication with Amy and so much thought was put into making the home comfortable.It was beautifully decorated and super clean. Each person in our group wanted to stay a little longer. Check in and check out was super easy.Our family is already making plans to return next year.

We had such a great stay at the Whaley property. We had room for our whole family with plenty of privacy. Our kids really enjoyed interacting with the neighboring donkeys and horses. The property is plenty close enough to town while still being secluded from all the hustle and bustle of the tourist-y areas. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

We had a wonderful family trip and enjoyed the property so much. It’s beautiful, clean, comfortable, and convenient. We loved seeing the donkeys over the fence and having s’mores in the fire pit. Amy was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had.

We had an excellent time! We've been to the Smoky Mountains many times, but it was our young adult children's wish to have a vacation with their cousins. So most of my husband's extended family joined us, 14 in all. There was plenty of room. The property manager was great! She was always quick to respond to questions, and so nice! I would recommend this place, near some great attractions in Pigeon Forge, TN to anyone.

This is the most amazing house and the location is perfect for all the must do’s in Gatlinburg and Piegon Forge. I have booked through VRBO the last several years for our Christmas vacy and Amy was one of the only host to check in and make sure we were comfortable. She has done an amazing job with this property and it is breathtaking! Can’t wait to stay again soon.

This house is the perfect place to stay with your family, it is clean, comfortable and decorated so well! It feels so homey. The host is amazing and super attentive as well! This is our 2nd time staying here for our annual Christmas trip and we will be back again! We love how close it is to all the attractions yet still tucked away and quiet. Highly recommend this property!

This was an absolutely beautiful home. Secluded and quiet. Great for a family get together. Home is absolutely beautiful with its old world charm. Wood stocked by the fire pit was a wonderful surprise. I would highly recommend this home for anyone who wants to stay in a beautiful serene environment forrelaxing vacation.

This house was great. We had my husband's entire family, 20 total, here for the Thanksgiving weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out comfortably. We cooked our Thanksgiving lunch at the house without any problems. Kitchen is stocked with pans, flatware, and serving utensils. The house is very close to Sevierville's main street of attractions and only a short drive to Pigeon Forge. The owner's were very attentive with picking up trash to be sure it wasn't overflowing. We had 6 cars total there and still a little room left in the driveway. Overall a great owner and property.

Our weekend at the Whaley House was incredible. Located in the perfect spot very near Sevierville and just 30 minutes from Knoxville. Very roomy inside with a spacious yard and firepit area. We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the views and the fire. There is a nice flat area in the yard where we could throw a football. We setup a telescope Friday night and had a perfect view of the entire night sky. We had 15 adults in our group and had plenty of room. We are already planning a return trip for next year with more people. What a great place. Thank you,

We had our annual “cousins” trip for our 10 grandchildren here. The house was immaculate, had everything we needed, and so much more. Country setting but close to all the Pigeon Forge attractions and grocery stores. Our family absolutely loved the Dolly connection as well as the space to run and play. The fire pit is perfect for cool evenings and making s’mores. The kitchen has everything needed. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

My family booked our first vacation in 4 years at this location and it was absolutely amazing!! We didn’t want to leave!!! It was cleaned to perfection, provided a quiet environment, and the host, Amy, was the best!!! Anything we needed she made sure that we had it!! She answered any and every question we had!!! I definitely look forward to coming back and we’re already looking to visit again next year!!!!

It was amazing!!! Perfect place to have our wedding. Needs a new can opener but other than that is was awesome. Plenty of room for the kids to play. Plenty of room for our guest. It was perfect!!

Outstanding rental for wedding weekend!
My then fiancée/now wife and I stayed with our bridal party here for a long wedding weekend. It was wonderful! There was adequate room for most of us, and the amenities were great. We weren’t sure how we were going to clean all of the china after the wedding, but the terrific kitchen and dishwasher with china setting handled it all. At one point, a strong storm blew through and knocked down a limb. When we returned from breakfast, though, the limb had been cleared away. The Whaley elves had been by to work their magic. Thank you Amy for a great stay!
